Wouldn’t recommend at all . They don’t care about visitors, the only thing that they care about to make extra money from them . I went there with 12 kids , the weather was hot so we all needed water . They sell one water for £1.50 still going to pay but there aren’t water . Can you imagine 12 kids played and there is no enough water !!! If you want to go there bring your staff with you just in case . They served food to kids was row plus they didn’t cover the tables (it’s located at outside) . I got lots to say but I can’t be bothered.

Staff taking calls are friendly but the manager, Mark is extremely rude and aggressive. I wasn’t too happy with the way they were handling my child’s birthday part booking. They sold me the package with food included then he calls me one day before the party telling me it’s not included after all. I said that was unfair to call me last minute. He wouldn’t let me speak while he ranted on that if I don’t like it then he’ll just cancel it! I said you can’t do that to a child, so he cancels it anyway! I was shocked to the core that a place dealing with children could behave in such a disgusting manner.

We had a great time at the Zap Combat Centre. The activities were great and Michelle and the two other main members of staff were fantastic. We wish we could have had a bit longer at the centre and I would recommend having at least three hours there to have talks/lunch/activities etc. The coach company also commented that it would be helpful if there was enough space for them to get into the car park. Overall a great school trip!

Had my sons 8th birthday party here. 1 word AMAZING.... All the kids enjoyed themselves. Was met by Michelle when we arrived very friendly and welcoming, explained how the day would proceed and gave the kids a great time. Luke gave the briefing and put them in teams. Luke stayed with the kids and gave them a great time. Thank you to all at Zap combat

My son had his 11th birthday party here with his school mates. Brilliant fun even on a cold autumn afternoon which they all enjoyed. Reasonably priced with lots of healthy running around. Plan to go again soon.
