It was a good experience. My son really enjoyed his time here. It was a bit loud, but I understand that's normal with so many kids around. Thankfully, they didn’t play loud music like in other places, which helped maintain a soft and comfortable environment.

Today we visited Tupsy Turvy brent cross with my friends and our children, and we had such a great time! The kids really enjoyed playing, and the atmosphere was relaxed and fun. I’d especially like to mention one of the lovely staff members a kind lady with glasses and blonde hair who was incredibly welcoming and helpful. She was so friendly and made us feel comfortable. Her kindness really made our visit even more enjoyable. We all had a fantastic time and will definitely be coming back!

We celebrated our daughter’s 5th birthday at Topsy Turvy on the 12th of April with a Build-A-Bear party, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! As it was my first time organising a party like this, I was quite nervous, but the team made everything so easy and stress-free. From the very beginning, Marcela explained everything in detail when I went to make the arrangements. She was incredibly helpful, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident about the whole process. On the day of the party, everything was perfectly organised. The staff member looking after us (I believe her name was Rubby—apologies if I got that wrong!) did a fantastic job. She took care of everything brilliantly and was so supportive throughout. There was also a young man assisting her (I’m really sorry I didn’t catch his name), and he was great as well—thank you both so much! The whole experience exceeded our expectations, and most importantly, our daughter had an amazing time. We will definitely be keeping this as one of our favourite places for parties in the future. Highly recommended!

Our experience at Topsy Turvey was marvellous. Our room was ready in 10 min when we arrived. We arrived early than our usual slot. Staff at reception was very helpful. Our host Madeline or makaela ( can’t remember exactly) she was super helpful 100 stars for her💐 she helped us with everything to make our birthday memorable. Everyone was happy. We ordered birthday cake with Topsy Turvey. It was delicious, soft, moist and made with fresh cream. Best cake I ever had in long time. Seriously we enjoyed a lot. Thank you Topsy Turvey. Only one thing was inconvenient that they don’t have lift so we had to carry our buggy upstairs with baby . Otherwise ever else on point. The platters we order was freshly made and coffee was nice. I would book here again in future.

Lovely staff, friendly & helpful. The place was exceptionally clean with plenty of seating and many other attractions for the kids entertainment. Would definitely recommend to a friend.
