I was really happy with the swimming lessons. However, the way the staff treat the children sometimes is very disappointing. I have witnessed shouting and bad manners from staff, with a lack of empathy and poor understanding of children’s needs.

Extremely dirty. The swimming pool, changing rooms and showers - full of hair, with an omnipresent smell of urine. The swimming pool’s flooring covered in sand and rubbish. Having said that, I had a question in my mind while using the pool and showers - what is the reason for this lack of hygiene? Understaffing? The facility should not be operating in this conditions, especially given the fact that it is used by small children.

I went there with a small child, who loved the teaching pool - it was not busy and people were nice. However, like many big city pools, it was very dirty - the swimming pool steps, the changing rooms (floors need a deep clean, and it seems corners never see the mop), the showers (hair and rubbish). It is a shame really, the place could be great. Just come with flip flops :)

This is nice and simple gym and pool, the staff are amazing, it has a small gym but contains all the basic equipment you will need, the main pool is 25m, changing rooms are kept clean, chlorine levels are good, at least on the eyes. The staff are great, the other day one of the staff was offering there own goggles to swimmers if they needed them. I was impressed.
