An amazing family centred place, the staff are lovely Robert is always so accommodating and welcoming Dilara in the soft play is always so sweet friendly with a smile on her face. All the staff are great there though. Soft play is always clean, craft room is great for all ages, the escape room is well put together. The only thing I haven’t tried is the VR. I have kids two different age ranges and can feel safe that my preteen is in the craft room whilst with my toddler in soft play. Also the food is really nice and decently priced. Defo give it a go. Thanks again SPVR arcade.

Wouldn’t even give it 1 star! Best Avoid complete rip off! We booked a VR escape room experience for a group of 4, that lacked an experience in every sense of the word. I honestly have no nice thing to say about this place. We had numerous issues with the headsets not working; low battery from the start and either the speakers or microphones no functioning - stopping us from hearing each other, not to mention the music and kids screaming in the same area. It took 20 minutes of the original hour we had booked before we were in the game and playing. But the problems continued, with headsets glitching and running out of battery, causing one of us to change consoles completely ruining the game as it didn’t allow us to progress without the ‘missing player’ (from my old console). We alerted the issue to the staff where we were told we could restart the game from where we left off, which was a lie, as we were back several levels and wasn’t worth the extra time we were given. We also mentioned before restarting that our headsets were also on 10% battery and about to die, of which the staff couldn’t have cared less, causing the headsets to die again as we reach the point we had left off. Out of the 2 hours we had the VR headsets on, we maybe got about 10 minutes of game play without interruption. Lastly, when we went to the staff to complain and enquiry about a refund they stated the best they could do was a gift of £10 a head, hardly the £120 of which it cost for the original hour, and completely useless as we are from another county 2 hours away. We sent a email to their manager, and haven’t heard a single thing. Not a single reply. Customer service is clearly non existent across the entire company. The lists of things continue but feel this is already a blog post’s worth already… Original booking was under my partners name on the 10th January @ 16:30. I look forward to your reply

SPVR Arcade is such a fantastic place! I’ve had the pleasure of watching SPVR Arcade grow and expand in Enfield Town, and they’ve truly created something special. It’s incredibly spacious, vibrant, and genuinely child-friendly, with something for everyone regardless of age. There’s a brilliant variety of activities including a VR section, escape room, machine arcade games, arts and crafts area with loads of options, and a soft play and role-play space for younger children. Everything is well laid out so it never feels cramped, even when it’s busy. The venue is also accessible, with a lift available, which is a huge plus. The food is fresh, good quality, and reasonably priced. Activity prices start from around £9, with a wide range to suit different budgets. The most expensive activity I’ve personally done was £35 and it was absolutely worth it. Great value for the experience. There really is a price point for everyone. Overall, it’s a fun, inclusive, and well-run venue that’s perfect for families, groups, or even adults looking for something different. Highly recommended, a real gem in Enfield.

Had an amazing time at SPVR in Enfield! The VR experience was incredible and so much fun for me and my partner. We also tried the bubble tea which was delicious! Big shout-out to Robert, the VR tech, for being so friendly, knowledgeable and making the whole experience even better. Can’t wait to come back!

We went to SPVR ARCADE yesterday having selected the Virtual Escape Rooms Party for our sons 10th birthday and had a great time, all of the staff were super friendly and polite from start to finish. The children all had mixed experiences with VR games and if any of them need to ask a question or needed help the team were supportive, empathetic & took their time when helping them. Party room is great as clearly a private space for the children to have their food, drink and cake and again the team made sure we had everything we needed. Great place for a party or if you just want to give a VR experience a go based on the whole teams approach that we had of them wanting everyone to have a good time and enjoy their visit.
