We had my daughter's birthday party at Roller Nation on Saturday, and everything went really well. The staff, both in planning and on for the day, were really helpful, and when we got there at the venue, they just went out of their way to help us. The food was great, which is a rarity at kids' parties, and even those children who hadn't skated or didn't have much experience got help from the attendants on the rink. Everyone had a great time. I would definitely recommend and would love to come again.

Nice place, you can order food without having to take your skates off. Kids loved it. Parking is a challenge though.

Genuinely good fun. Great value, lovely space and really nice atmosphere for kids and adults at the family skate jam. Decent soundsystem for a roller disco too! The people looking after everyone on the rink were great as well.

I came here as a first-time skater and had a really positive experience. Most of the skaters on the rink are quite advanced, but there is space around the outside where beginners can practise. The staff are very observant and quickly notice whether you’ve skated before, if not, they’re happy to help you get a grip on it. The venue is easy to locate and has a very cute sign inside. There are three paid car parks nearby and I also noticed paid street parking available on Moorefield Road. Food is served here and the website states that the chicken is halal; however, I didn’t personally order food, so I can’t fully confirm this. The toilets were slightly less well maintained, although this can depend on how busy it is and the customers at the time. The skating prices are reasonable, with skate hire included in the ticket. I went for a Sunday late skate from 7pm to 11pm, which was really nice as it gave plenty of time to slowly get familiar with skating without feeling rushed. At £16 per person, I think it’s well worth it for the hours you get. One thing to note is that it does get very warm inside, so I’d recommend wearing light, casual clothing rather than multiple layers.

I had such an amazing time at Roller Nation! I went ice skating and it was an absolute blast. The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, the staff were super friendly and helpful, and the whole place had such great energy. The rink was well maintained and made skating really fun, whether you’re a beginner or more experienced. I loved the music and the overall vibe. It made the experience feel lively and unforgettable. Definitely a place I’d recommend to anyone looking for a fun day out. Can’t wait to go back!
