Very very overcrowded to the point where it’s dangerous. I understand the play equipment has a ‘max’ capacity but it’s just not actually realistic that children can play properly when there’s that many on there, especially if you have older kids who are not so aware of the younger ones. My little girl got knocked several times in the toddler section by boys who must have been 8-10 years old and shouldn’t have been in there and being a child with SEN it just ruined it for her as she then wanted to go. Throw in a kids party as well at the weekend and it’s just chaos. Food is nice and they do keep the place clean and tidy. Will stick to going on the weekdays if I go again.

I've visited this cafe a few times, and unfortunately, it's been a letdown each time. The baby area is in a terrible state - safety hazards, mouldy equipment, and it's falling apart. Not exactly what you want to see when you're trying to enjoy a family outing. The service at reception is also pretty poor. When you leave, they just stare at you without even a courtesy goodbye. Not very friendly at all. And let's talk about the price - £11 for one child and one adult is just too steep, especially considering the state of the facilities.

Good kids play area. Viewable from most angles to keep an eye on the kids. Pricing is good for what you get. Ample seating and security is good too with only one way in / out of the place. This place can get very busy so can easily turn into a congested area. Unfortunately, a few cons to mention in the cafe now. The food is extortionately priced and the price to quality ratio isn’t the best. They charge over £11 for a toastie meal and it’s adequate at best. It’s overpowered with rocket and salad but the actual main food quantity is average at best. The eggs Benedict was very poor. It tasted soggy and for the price, it wasn’t great. Customer service could be improved too.

We came in a Thursday during the Easter break and the person at the reception desk took payment and asked me to fill in a small form however I was not given a receipt even though I asked for one prior. He took the next customers payment and told me he couldn’t find the receipt after he took it. He told me a manager will come and speak to me. It’s not off to a good start. A manager did come out to explain what happened and gave me a general receipt. It costed us £11 altogether which is x1 adult and x1 child (2yrs old). Spacious cafe area and play areas split between 0-2yrs old, 3-11 years old. The younger kids section has a few foam shapes and lots of balls whereas the older kids had the soft play climbing jungle gym frame. The outside section was open and they had two bouncy castles inflated with rainbow colours which was eye catching and fun. One bouncy castle is smaller and tailored to the younger kids whilst the one next to it was bigger and included a slide on the side which is a nice touch. It makes you feel like you’re in a different space. The setting inside where the main soft play is can be tight if you have a buggy however in the opposite side it has lots of seating and big windows which allow for natural lighting and the open view for the back garden where the bouncy castle is. The garden is closed off and gated so you don’t have to worry about your kids running off and getting lost. Shoes are to be given at entry point and it will be put behind the counter like what you do with bowling. The entrance walk way is quite small so if you have a buggy/stroller there won’t be space to past by, a solution would be to make another exit point or as it’s narrow. The cafe inside has an extensive menu and there is so much to chose from, the price is little more than what you would normally pay however the quality is good and all the desserts look fresh. We came on a weekday during Easter break and it was quite busy. The staff are always around and easy to spot as their t-shirt at the back says staff. From what I saw the team are young and hard working as they made sure to keep the whole cafe clean and to ensure children were safe and not doing anything dangerous. The space is easy to find and the space in general is great. I would come back if I was in the area and would recommend to other parents especially on a sunny day when the back garden is open. Note: you can either pay online and show proof or walk-in, both cash and card payments can be taken.

This is a really great soft play! Different sections for different age brackets and ball pits, slides etc. There’s parking on-site which is super helpful, and the food is amazing (see pics)! I was so impressed by this especially, as often the food at soft plays leaves a lot to be desired. The kids’ fish fingers looked so high quality and I love that they’re served with veg too.
