Emerald Package
The entry tier. The character comes with the speaker and microphone, disco lights, bubble and snow machine and the full kit, but more of the running of the party stays with you. Priced on enquiry.

Ruby Package
The middle tier, with the entertainer running the whole party rather than handing it back to you. Pick your activities from the list — games, mini disco, pompom dancing, parachute, comedy magic, puppet, storybook reading, princess make-up, treasure hunt. The pamper party option is available on this tier, for up to 15 children.

- How much does a party cost?
- Princess Party Squad does not publish package prices. The Emerald, Ruby and Diamond tiers are quoted on enquiry, so send your date, the number of children and their ages.
- What is the difference between the tiers?
- The Emerald tier is the budget option and leaves more of the running to you. Ruby and Diamond include full entertainer management, and only those two offer the pamper party.
- What happens at the party?
- You choose from a list: a photo opportunity with the character, balloon modelling, glitter tattoos, a cake presentation, party games, a mini disco, pass the parcel, pompom dancing, a parachute game, comedy magic, a comedy puppet, storybook reading, princess make-up, a treasure hunt and singing.
- What ages is it for?
- Ages two to six, and the parties are run for boys and girls together rather than being aimed at one or the other.
- Can we have a pamper party?
- The pamper party is available on the Ruby and Diamond tiers and takes a maximum of 15 children.
- What does the entertainer bring?
- The entertainer brings a speaker and microphone set, disco lights, a professional bubble machine and a snow machine, along with the character costume and kit.
- Is food or decoration included?
- No. You provide the food, the cake and the decorations. The entertainer is first to arrive and last to leave.
- Can I add face painting or a second character?
- Yes. Face painting starts at £100 and a glitter face artist at £70. A second character can be added from £80 an hour. Extra prizes are £2 each and sweet cones £1.

We hired Ibrahim for our son’s 4th birthday and it made the party so much easier. He kept the kids completely engaged with games, music and bubbles, which is perfect for that age group where attention spans are short. He was great at including shy children and managing the more energetic ones, so everyone felt involved. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Ibrahim for a stress-free party.

Luke was an absolutely fantastic party entertainer! From the moment he arrived, he brought incredible energy and enthusiasm that kept all the children completely engaged and smiling throughout. His ability to capture their attention and keep them entertained made a huge difference to the day. What really stood out was how effortlessly Luke managed everything, giving me the chance to step back, relax behind the scenes, and enjoy the party without any stress or worry. It’s not easy to keep a group of excited kids entertained, but Luke did it brilliantly. I would highly recommend Luke to anyone looking for a fun, reliable, and energetic entertainer who truly makes a party special!

We couldn’t have asked for a better entertainer for our son’s birthday party. Luke was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. The Star Wars theme was a huge hit — the kids loved becoming Jedi warriors, especially with the balloon lightsabers Luke made for them. His Jedi costume was fantastic, and he kept the children completely enthralled for the full two hours, even entertaining them with juggling, Diablo and other circus skills while they ate their lunch. The laser limbo game was a particular highlight — his limbo skills were insane — and the bubbles and parachute games were ace too. What really set Luke apart was his professionalism and energy. We really appreciated the call a few days beforehand, where he carefully planned timings, explained activities, and asked for a playlist of our son’s favourite songs to play on the day. His final game, which somehow got all the kids to put on their coats and shoes and line up to leave exactly on time, was pure genius. Most of all, we loved Luke’s boundless energy, incredible positivity, and how wonderful he was with the children. He was so fantastic. We couldn’t agree more with the kids when they said it was the best party ever! Thanks so much, Luke!

Thank you Brilliant Birthdays for making my daughter's 6th Lego birthday party such an enjoyable experience for children and adults alike! Our entertainer Esther did an amazing job in engaging a group of 30 children throughout the party with her skill and energy, and we appreciated her flexibility in catering to our specific timings. Her experience meant that she was able to gauge accurately the interests of the children and adapt accordingly (including doing some beautiful face-painting), whilst also inviting parent participation at times. There has been some fantastic feedback from the children and parents about the entertainment. The planning and communication with Brilliant Birthdays were smooth throughout, especially when they accommodated our needs. For example, they made adjustments to my daughter's preferred Lego Friends character and also offered an alternative to Glitter Tattoos when that posed a problem at our venue. All in all, working with Brilliant Birthdays was a delight from start to finish. Many parents have remarked about how organised the party was - this was in no small part due to Esther & Brilliant Birthdays taking on board our requirements. I would therefore highly recommend Brilliant Birthdays as a children's party entertainer to anyone hosting a party!

We celebrated our daughter’s 4th birthday on Saturday with a Princess theme. Sarah-Jane (Queen Elsa) and Eve (Aurora) were amazing. So professional and skilled at entertaining over 20 children!!!
