  3. Joelle BarkerRating: 5/5

Wonderful theatre (from artist perspective). Love the way the cafe morphs to a cool bar at night. Fun vibes. Recommend!

  4. Steve WhitbreadRating: 5/5

Good fringe theatre, staff are great and there is a nice bar to relax before and after the show. The space for the performance is good for a fringe venue. Would definitely go back to see other productions there.

  5. Peter LRating: 5/5

The Playground Theatre runs inspirational works as part of their ‘seasons’. Currently running the Gail Louw season featuring three plays. The well known Blonde Poison, the new Rika’s Rooms and The Girl in the Green Jumper. A nice well appointed theatre, with a lovely cafe. Book early to avoid dissapointment
