I recently visited my local Lush store and was genuinely blown away by the warmth and care of the customer service. From the moment I walked in, the staff, particularly Becca made the whole experience feel so calm and welcoming. She spoke in such a kind, light, and gentle way that it immediately put me at ease. There's something really special about a store where you don't feel pressured or rushed. Becca took the time to engage with me properly, and by the time I left, I felt genuinely relaxed which is rare on a busy shopping trip! That kind of natural, unhurried customer interaction is what keeps people coming back. Lush already stands out for its amazing products, but it's the people behind the counter who truly make the difference. Becca is a real credit to the team. I left the store feeling uplifted and at ease exactly how a great shopping experience should make you feel. Me and my friend came into Lush White City today and honestly had one of the loveliest experiences thanks to Chaima. From the moment we walked in, she was so warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. She spent such a long time with us and never once made us feel rushed it really felt like such a personalised consultation rather than just shopping. She took us through so many amazing products, especially lots of fresh, zesty, lemony scents that we absolutely loved. She really listened to what kinds of smells and products me and my friend personally enjoy and then tailored everything around that, which made the whole experience feel so thoughtful and special. She showed us fresh face masks, shower products, salt scrubs, massage bars, lotions, and so many other things in such detail. You can tell she’s incredibly knowledgeable about all the products and genuinely passionate about helping customers find things they’ll love. One of my favourite parts was going through the perfumes with her, especially Dirty, which I absolutely adore now! She explained the scents so well and really helped us understand the different notes and products without ever being overwhelming. She also gave the most amazing hand and arm massages with so much care and attention, which honestly made the whole visit feel extra relaxing and luxurious. She paid attention to every little detail and made us feel completely looked after the entire time. Chaima truly made our visit so memorable and special, and customer service like that is honestly rare to find. Thank you so much again for such a lovely experience!!

I had such a lovely experience at the Lush store in Shepherd’s Bush Westfield. Asila was absolutely amazing! so warm, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about all of the products. She took the time to explain everything so thoroughly, gave such thoughtful recommendations, and made the whole experience feel really personal and enjoyable. You can truly tell she cares about the customers and loves what she does. The whole team was welcoming and kind, and the atmosphere in the store was fantastic. I really appreciated the time, effort, and care that went into helping me. Thank you so much to Asila and the team for making my visit so special, I’ll definitely be coming back!

I probably visit this Lush store once a week and the staff are always so attentive and friendly. I even went twice this week just to stock up on a few things. Alex, Ash and especially Leena( specifically 2 EE’s haha) are always such a delight, they really make the experience. Not too pushy like you find in some lush shops. I sometimes have a scent profile and a feel of product in mind and Leena somehow finds something that matches! So happy to discover a few new holy grails like the banana conditioner and coconut drench massage bar.

Biheshta & Ash have been giving me the EXCEPTIONALLY best Customer Service ever!! Ash was very opening and loving and funny to be around and helped me very well with what I needed for my mums birthday presents. In addition Biheshta was very very good at her job promoting offers and and having a nice conversation and making me feel welcome and want to come back to spend more money at their shop (STOP IT 🙄😂) Their smiles were the main point of the shopping experience!
