Fantastic day out at Kidspace Romford! We spent the whole day here today, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. Everything was absolutely wonderful. A huge shoutout to the staff members who were incredibly kind, polite, and helpful throughout the entire day. The energy and atmosphere were great, and the kids had a blast. Highly recommend this place for a fun family day out! We will definitely be back.

I had a fantastic time at Kidspace recently! The staff were super engaged with the kids, making every ride enjoyable, and I was really impressed with how clean everything was. The only downside was a bit of a bad odour when we first walked in, probably due to the crowd, but it didn't overshadow the fun we had. I can definitely see myself coming back again soon! If you're looking for a fun day out, this place is worth it.

Very rude staff took them over a hour to book us in when I would ask a simple question they would ignore me. No staff were on the floor looking after/ supervising the kids just letting them run wherever.i bought a pack of skittles from the vending machine and the machine wouldn’t give me my skittles so a manger told me to go to the bar and the bar gave me 2 week out of date skittles. The play frames where filthy and there where no workers cleaning up the tables or the play frame leaving gross food and tissues and mess everywhere and this caused my children to catch a illness from the lack of hygiene and cleanliness in this building there where also people vaping in the kids toilets which exposed my kid to almost having a asthma attack this is unacceptable as the workers did nothing and continue after me asking them to make an announcement which they refused I will never be coming back here money wasted as it was expensive £15.50 per child is a ripoff all for a bad time which my kids did not enjoy do not recommend this place

Good place for kids day out especially on winter season. Can enjoy rides multiple times. Go cart ride available but limited to 4 kids at a time of 5-10 minutes ride. Plenty of parking . A small Cafeteria inside provides refreshments. WC's available.

Great experience. So big and diverse! Great for big and small! Adults can also get around inside easily! Good pricing for food and options there. Fast service. Went on a weekend early and got straight in paying on the door.
