Swimming pool changing rooms are absolutely disgusting Ergh omg minging every single time. Hair everywhere, food, old chewing gum the lot and the cleaners just walk around doing nothing. The soft play area is decent but the worker or guard whatever you want to call him is rude to the kids! It’s beyond me several times I’ve had to speak up for peoples kid cause some parents are clearly to scared to say anything cause when they do the man starts shouting at them like he thinks he’s at home maybe talking to his wife! too rude.

Nice for an introductory spa experience, not too busy but it’s overall very dark. I didn’t feel like it was worth it for the pricing.

I’m very disappointed with Better Kensington Leisure. What was once a welcoming and well-organised centre has noticeably declined. The management is a major concern. I’ve personally witnessed managers speaking down to staff, which creates a negative atmosphere and affects the overall experience for members. It’s clear that egos often take priority over professionalism and supporting the team. The loss of Jeff has made a huge difference. He personally gave me my induction and literally held every role in the centre. Jeff was approachable, knowledgeable and genuinely cared about both the staff and members. Since he left, the quality of the centre has suffered significantly. Classes are frequently cancelled, making it hard to rely on the schedule. As a paying member, consistency is essential, and unfortunately, this is no longer the case. For these reasons, I’ve decided to cancel my membership. It’s disappointing, as the centre once had so much potential, but without better leadership and a reliable class program, it’s simply not the same experience.

Have only just joined the leisure centre and as yet haven’t used all the facilities, however , treated myself to a 2 hour Spa Session today and it was ridiculously relaxing! Hydro pool, sauna, steam room, infrared sauna, monsoon shower and an amazingly calm dry chill out area. I will definitely be booking again. Staff at the leisure centre go the extra mile and are so so friendly. Well done Kensington Leisure Centre and Thankyou

This leisure centre offers active sport activities and I love coming here for Vivian’s Zumba classes on Thursdays! Occasionally, they organise events for all ages, and they have an outstanding spa where highly trained professionals treat you like a king/queen! Very great location, plenty lockers, big changing areas with showers, rather cleaner venue than most other Better Me places I had been to! There’s also a nice coffee and snack bar at the entrance for people to get together or wait for their beloved ones to finish their activities, and it is very reasonably priced with big range of healthy options!
