We hired KBO2 soft play for two hours for an exclusive session, but unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. From the moment we arrived, we were met with unwelcoming faces and poor customer service. The staff came across as quite nosey, asking irrelevant questions that made us feel more like we were being interrogated than welcomed as paying customers. Despite booking an exclusive hire, two girls entered during our session, which made us feel uneasy, especially as we had young children with us. This really took away from the sense of privacy and comfort we expected. We tried our best to make the most of the time, but the overall atmosphere was dampened by how we were treated. We were polite throughout and even cleaned up after ourselves, bringing our own wipes and making sure all surfaces we used were left tidy. Sadly, we won’t be returning. When booking a place like this, you want to feel at ease and welcomed, and that just wasn’t our experience here.

This is our 4th or 5th time hiring. Absolutely amazing. The children AND the adults had a whale of a time. The venue is big,ample (you need to pay ) parking onsite. Very clean venue. Very pleasant staff as always. We had family come down from Peterborough and they are looking to come to one of the adult events. Hours of chaos hours of pure fun. Thank you so much to the ladies onsite yesterday xx

Best fun I have had in ages! Bar staff and security were very friendly and helpful. We had 4 hrs of exclusive access to unlimited arcade machines, pool table, karaoke room, soft play, ball pit, unlimited photo booth prints and games like giant jenga, giant connect 4 and table tennis. Music was being played for us and we had use of a stage, coat storage and toilets. We were allowed to order food to the venue and we were allowed to decorate with balloons and banners. Overall, well worth the money and I would happily book again and recommend.

We had a party 28th December from 5.30 to 7.30pm and I cannot express how amazing it was. Having the whole venue to yourself with amazing staff members trying to suite your needs. I forgot her name (oops) but the lady in front desk was very kind and helpful along with one of the other workers. Definitely will be back again for all of our parties.

We were invited to a gaming birthday party at KBo2 a few days ago, and I must say, it’s a fantastic spot for children! The gaming room is spacious, and the clean soft play area is excellent for little ones to expend their energy. There’s plenty of room for the guests to relax after playtime, which is always a bonus. I also appreciated that the bar was open, allowing adults to grab some extra soft drinks or even a beer while the kids were having a great time. The location is convenient, with a large parking area nearby, although the spaces are paid. Overall, KBo2 is a brilliant venue for children’s parties and playdates. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and comfortable place for kids to enjoy!
