I booked my little one's birthday party here for May 2026. I have to say I am well impressed with the staff. The staff overall is amazing and helpful. But a special shout out to our party hostess "KARA". Kara you are an amazing soul; so helpful, friendly and supportive. We had more than 10 kids and many parents to attend the party; one child was on the autism spectrum. Kara was on the forefront everywhere. She informed the team about the autistic child. Kara was arranging the tables, cutting the cake for us, helping me in everything. It was hot day though and the management should spend in some fans specially when we have heat waves as the kids' faces were turning red after jumping only a little, never the less they had fun. My little one also got her birthday t-shirt. And loads of memories. Thank you 🥰

A very professional establishment where you can bring your children with complete peace of mind. The staff are extremely friendly, and the place is spotlessly clean.

So we went on a Saturday morning and to say it was cold was an understatement we did kindly get told by the staff member if it is too cold we can come back another day when it's warmer The staff members sort of stand in a military stance ready to blow, pull anyone up on anything, and not really very approachable in any aspect what so ever The battle beam the square cubes what you fall in to have simply had it and are quite disgusting to fall into Same again, with the foam pit, the square cubes are just disgusting and mainly just broken The dodge ball area is nothing but shambolic. The balls are horrific. Most of them have lost their plastic cases, so simply chucking a sponge, which does not even go through the air The shop inside we just avoid simply because of the prices you might think the fact it's normally for parents to have a cuppa while the kids play it could be reasonably priced but simply not so we just avoid it Overall, it could be a fantastic place, but I would say it is just massively overpriced in every aspect for what you actually get

Worst customer service I have ever experienced, rude very unpleasant also their didn't oly stopped my 7yrs old child playing but also they aproch like the a military personnel to a 7 yrs old where she came running to us all scared off from the rough approach of the workers. And where my child was wearing same type of socks but just not theirs brand. I will be in never go back there and I don't advise anyone to this place as you might come out from there all stressed out rether than having fun!!! They also don't have any heating in the building so if you are a spectator you will freeze in a cold day. And just to finalize this review they have a sacher fusse about sock not keeping their tables clean and I asked them if we they could clean the table they used us to leave and we did left this place as quickly as we could and we will not go back that's for sure. Sub-standarsds in all services.
