- It does not take group bookings for children. Instead it runs 'Kids Learn For Free' classes where one paying adult cooks alongside one child.
- What ages is it for?
- Children aged 8 to 14, who must be tall enough to work safely at the kitchen counter (about 90cm) without a stool.
- How does the free child place work?
- When an adult books an in-person kids' class, one child cooks for free alongside them, with one child per paying adult.

- Hands-on dishes such as fresh pasta, filled pasta or Mexican street food, then everyone eats their creations at the chef's table.
