We came for a early morning weekend bowl for my son's birthday. We were one of the first there. Easy to park. Inside it was quiet and clean. 50% off before 10am on the weekend, bargain!! We had a great time. Would definitely come again 😄

I was bowled over by my time at tolworths hollywood bowl. When we came in we were greeted by a lady with glasses black hair, maybe some highlights (think there name was jessie or summin), they were like 'you ready for a crazy wazy bowl experience'? I said no so they then offered me a normal one we did the 3 game special offer (its on there website if u have internet u can look it up), it was such good value my fingers almost fell off by the end cus we had played so much i got a drink and the guy behind the bar (justin?) was awesome, he smiled and told a funny joke and yeah all round super chill guy you would want to watch a movie with or something then we went to the arcade. this is where things got really juicy (no pun itended. wait that sentence was meant for the bit above where i got a drink.) well anyways, it turns out the claw machines here U CAN WIN STUFF! its not like the normal ones where it just causes poorness, this one caused poorness AND you get a toy so yea 10/10, really couldnt have done it much better (even if i worked there it wouldnt be better, itd be worse tbh cus i suck as an employee) hollywood bowl youvvdone it again, i will add you to my list of places to not avoid ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a great experience thanks to Dawood. He was incredibly polite, humble, and attentive, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The bowling itself was good. It is an extremely loud venue, very dirty/ messy, short staffed, very limited parking - I had to park at Tolworth station. We booked an accessible lane for a wheelchair and they gave us one with steps. We ordered food and told the staff about allergies and they served food with allergens on, so I had to send it back. It was £18 each which is expensive. We were 10 minutes late to starting due to being in the queue.

We had a great time at Hollywood Bowl Tolworth. We went for pool and bowling… and then ended up enjoying many of the wide variety of arcade games. The food was good too!

We had an overall enjoyable experience at Hollywood Bowl, but there were some areas that could use improvement. When we arrived, we were directed to our lane by the reception team, only to find that the table was covered in rubbish left by the previous guests. It was quite unappealing, especially considering that the lane next to us was unoccupied—there was no reason for the table to be in that state. It’s similar to being seated at a restaurant and finding the previous diners’ dishes still on the table; which would never happen. We requested a staff member to clean it, and while they did remove the rubbish, the table was never actually wiped down, which was disappointing. I've attached a photo to highlight the issue. That being said, our bowling game itself went smoothly, and we had no technical issues. The staff also handled an incident professionally—at one point, a group in the next lane was behaving recklessly, throwing multiple balls at once. This even led to a ball rolling into our lane, which we never thought was possible! We reported it to a staff member, and they promptly removed the group from the premises, which we really appreciated. A big thank you to the Hollywood Bowl team for their efforts. While we did have fun, we strongly encourage better attention to cleanliness, as it makes a huge difference in the overall experience.
