My family and I absolutely love visiting the arcade. The games are enjoyable, some require more skill than others to win tickets but there is a game for all range of ages. Be prepared to spend more money than you’d like so setting a budget is definitely a necessity. There are lots of fast food options outside, such as McDonalds, Nando’s and Wagamamas with ample free parking. We seldom use the bowling alley but it adds to the family fun if you want to add that it. The bar/restaurant serves a variety of fast food plus and drinks, plus Costa coffee which is always a bonus.

Had a lovely experience today, and it was all due to a server named Harry. He was very accommodating and made sure the experience was good for me and my friends, ensuring timely drinks and food and a comfortable experience. 10/10 would recommend to others!

I recently visited Hollywood Bowl with my two sons and just had to leave a review because of the incredible customer service we experienced. Over multiple visits, my boys had been saving up their tickets specifically to win a hockey game they had their hearts set on. Unfortunately, when we finally had enough and went to claim it, we were told it was no longer on display and had been replaced with a football game. They were disappointed but were understanding about the situation which the receptionist Zainub noticed and took the time to compliment them on how patient and respectful they were. After a bit of discussion, the boys agreed to go for the football game since it seemed like there was no other option. But she went above and beyond. She kindly asked us to give her 5 minutes to check in the back to see if there was any chance the hockey game was still available. The boys didn’t want to get their hopes up, but in less than 3 minutes she came back with the exact game they had been saving for! Their faces lit up instantly, and honestly, that moment made the whole experience unforgettable. It meant so much to them, and to me as well. Nothing could have made our visit better. The receptionists kindness, effort and genuine care truly stood out. Amazing customer service. We will definitely be coming back.

My son had a fantastic birthday party here! The VIP lane was spacious and clean, and the staff were amazing. Special shoutout to Elliot — big smile, great energy, and so fun with the kids. He really helped make the day special. Big thumbs up from the birthday boy — it was super effective! ⚡🎉
