Pool parties in the teaching pool at the Better-run Ruislip centre - a swim session for up to 28 children, then an hour in the studio for your own party food

About Highgrove Pool & Fitness Centre

Highgrove Pool & Fitness Centre in Ruislip - a Better (GLL) centre run with Hillingdon Council - keeps pool parties simple and roomy: a session in the dedicated teaching pool, which suits younger swimmers from around two up to twelve, followed by a full hour in the studio for your own party food, with the centre's team helping organise the day. One flat price covers up to 28 children, one of the larger pool-party capacities in the area, and there's a 33-metre main pool alongside for families who make a day of it. The centre is a 10-15 minute walk from Ruislip Manor station. As with other Better centres the party price comes from the centre rather than the public site - reconfirm when booking - and contact runs through the centre's email with bookings online. Google reviews average 4.0 across more than 900 visitors for the centre as a whole

Nice leisure centre, friendly staff and really clean. Has easy access and a lift and is affordable. Not the easiest to get to by public transport only one bus route H13.

Freedie is an absolute asset to the gym. He is always helpful, keeps the place spotless, and is consistently seen cleaning and making sure everything is in great condition. He’s friendly, approachable, and always happy to help whenever you need it. What really stands out is how he takes the time to get to know the members, which makes the gym feel welcoming and supportive. Highly appreciated!

I was a member and re joined after the refurbishment. The previous set up was much better. The weight section is too cramped and the cardio section also. And some of the machines in the cardio section do not function properly. A good gym gone down!

Changing rooms stink. Very unclean, used to swim here myself regularly. But for the last couple of years the hygiene has declined rapidly. Swimming school is also over subscribed. Too many children in a class.

I take my son in here for swimming lessons. Happy with the provisions. They have swimming pool, gym, group classes etc. there is ample parking (pay n display) too . Staff seem to be friendly. The only issue I have faced was that their process of changing swimming lessons (days) are very complicated.
