We went on a Wednesday with the buy one get one free offer. 2 kids and 2 spectating adults cost 28.50, with the compulsory socks. There is free parking which is great. The place however is quite run down. The ninja section was closed. No one was manning the drop slide or caving section. Staff just didnt really care. We booked the 6pm slot. I was very irritated by the fact that the diner closes at 6pm. Also the upstairs section closes at 6.30 which means you are limited to the ground floor which is quite underwhelming. The 6pm session wasnt cheaper than the earlier sessions. Disappointing trip and I wont be returning.

Great spot to go with friends and family on weekends and on the weekdays, excellent environment and the workers are really helpful. Fahad especially looked out for me and my friends and made our experience even better. Will definitely be coming back here soon!

I visited Flip Out on Barking Road yesterday to celebrate my son’s birthday, and it turned out to be a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was lively and perfect for kids, and everything was well organised, which made the day stress-free for us as parents. What really stood out was the staff. Every member of the team was friendly, approachable, and happy to help. I’d especially like to mention a lovely staff member at the food counter—her name might have been Shini or shain (apologies if I’ve got that wrong). She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and served us with a genuine smile. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service made our son’s special day even more memorable. It’s small gestures like these that make a big difference. Thank you to the whole team for such a fantastic experience we’ll definitely be coming back!

I recently visited Flip Out London E6 with my family and was quite disappointed with the overall cleanliness and management of the venue. The place was noticeably dirty, and there did not appear to be any effort from staff to clean between sessions. The trampolines had crumbs all over them, and there were used grip socks scattered around, which is very unhygienic, especially in a children’s environment. The restaurant area was also in poor condition. Tables and benches were not being cleaned, and when we sat down while waiting for our session, the bench was extremely dirty. There was even a cup of coffee spilled across the bench and floor, with no attempt from staff to clean it or even place a wet floor sign, which is a basic safety measure. In terms of staffing, most of the team appeared quite young and, in my opinion, lacking proper training and supervision. It felt as though they were not particularly engaged, especially upstairs where staff were on their phones and not paying attention to what was happening around them unless approached directly. It would benefit from having more experienced supervision to manage and guide the team. I have given it 2 stars rather than 1 because my children did enjoy the activities. However, my older child said he would not want to return due to how dirty and unhygienic the place felt, which says a lot. Overall, the concept is great, but the cleanliness and staff management need serious improvement.

Fun for kids but honestly the place has gone downhill since we last came in 2019. Back then it was clean, fresh and had a great vibe — now it feels dirty, worn out and neglected. The carpet and seating are filthy, there’s a strong smell (like mice/rats), and the whole place badly needs a refurb and deep clean. We were told to arrive 30 mins early, but they didn’t open until 10am. By the time we got in it was 10:10, yet the receptionist told us our session had “already started.” To make it worse, they ended our session 5 minutes early too — so we lost time at both ends despite paying full price. I also bought a slushie from the café which had black bits floating in it and had to throw it away. This used to be an excellent place, now it’s just a shadow of its former self. Has potential, but right now it feels unfair, unhygienic and very poorly managed.
