We stumbled across Flip Out Canary Wharf on our very first day in London while trying to escape the heatwave and find something fun indoors for our 13-year-old son. It turned out to be one of the highlights of our day! The facilities were fun, but what really made the experience special was the staff. Hesan went above and beyond—he took the time to introduce our son to all the games, made him feel welcome right away, and was genuinely fun to chat with. He even shared some fantastic sightseeing recommendations that will help us make the most of our trip. It’s rare to come across someone who is so enthusiastic, kind, and invested in making sure visitors have a great experience. Thank you, Hesan, and the whole Flip Out team, for giving us such a memorable start to our London adventure. We highly recommend a visit!

We had a fantastic experience at Flip Out Canary Wharf. All of the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit, which made the day even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Hesan, who went above and beyond to make my daughters feel special. He was incredibly friendly and kind, gave them keychain emojis, and helped them on the doughnut slide with great patience and enthusiasm. His positive attitude and genuine care really stood out and made a lasting impression on us. Hesan is an amazing member of staff and a real credit to Flip Out. Thank you for making our visit so memorable!

Marissa and her team were helpful and professional and friendly on arrival. The facilities are great we had a lot if fun for the whole family it’s worth the price. We were there for 3 hours. Good clean facilities loads of activities we look forward to visiting again

Great place, endless fun for the kids. Staff are really helpful. Only issue we had was it was freezing cold in this place! Especially the soft play area where the under 5s are supposed to play. Despite running around and “warming up” our kids’ hands and feet were ice cold. Spoke to staff about air con/heating (as did other parents there) but apparently there was nothing that can be done. Kids had an absolute blast though, plenty of space and things to do to keep them busy and happy for hours on end. Worth the price too in comparison to similar places. Would recommend and would definitely go again.
