Here is a clear and direct message you can use for feedback or a complaint: ⸻ We attended our first class today and arrived 15 minutes late due to unexpected roadworks and heavy traffic. On arrival, we asked if my child could observe the session since we were not allowed to participate, but this was refused. This felt very unfair, especially as it was our first session and we do not live nearby. The lack of flexibility and understanding was disappointing. There are many other gymnastics classes, including GLL and local ones, that have been far more supportive and accommodating. This experience has made me cancel, I would rather loose 1.5£ per class for the rest of the term than deal with such service.

My daughter has just joined the 5-7y Saturday morning class. She’s had 3 sessions now and she absolutely loves it. She feels both looked after and challenged at the same time. After class she is buzzing with excitement. I just wanted to say thank you for welcoming her and we are so pleased to have find such a positive place for her to progress in her gymnastics.

We attended birthday party at this place soft play area with kids.they have a big area to play. Kids will love it. It's very nice place for kids. We had snacks at cafe in upstairs.

Been here to offer my service multiple times and love this place , I highly recommend for birthday parties , staff are friendly and kids will have a lovely time ! Upstairs where children eat also good space and clean ! Parking not a problem as they have their own , I always find it easy park aswell !!

I bring my child who's 4 years olds and he absolutely loves it. A pity that on Sunday the session for under 5 is only from 9am to 10:30am... some time later would have been great considering it's a Sunday.
