Excellent for older children, but not ideal for babies. There’s lots to do for children who are past the baby stage — the activities really capture their imagination and support learning. I especially loved the baby sensory room for 0–2‑year‑olds. However, the wider Discovery area isn’t well equipped for families with small infants. Buggies have to be left outside in the garden with no security, which means anyone could take your buggy. You also end up carrying your baby and all their things around the exhibition, which isn’t great for your back. I used the first‑floor toilet to change my baby’s nappy, but the changing table was far too low and not close to the sink. This meant either putting my baby on the floor or leaving them unattended on the changer just to wash my hands. There was also nowhere safe to put the baby while using the toilet. These points could definitely be improved to make the space more baby‑friendly. That said, I can see my son really enjoying this exhibition when he is a little older.

Went by train, station right round the corner. Plenty of space for your buggy. Great fun for the under 5 years I'd say. Set out on two floors with an outside area. Lovely cafe with super helpful friendly staff. I would definitely go again!!!

Took my young son here recently. I think is definitely a good place for entertaining the little ones. Definitely recommended. But my young son is finding the monster funfair not that interesting as there is nothing scary at all.

We had our daughter's second birthday party here yesterday. We were absolutely thrilled with the experience from start to finish. The venue is fantastic, the service was outstanding and everything ran so smoothly thanks to your team. A special thank you to Rohana, who went above and beyond throughout the entire event. She was attentive, proactive and incredibly kind making sure every detail was perfect. We truly appreciated her support. We were especially impressed with the Monsters Exhibition Center. The pictures on your website and LinkedIn don’t fully capture how incredible the space is — the exhibition and the birthday room exceeded all our expectations. The birthday room itself was immaculate, spacious and equipped with everything we needed. The team provided the cake stand, the speaker and all the little touches that made the celebration so easy and enjoyable. We were also pleasantly surprised by how affordable the pricing is given the quality of the venue and experience.

Creative, imaginative and full of wonder from start to finish! My children were completely absorbed in the storytelling trails, exploring the enchanting spaces and letting their imaginations run wild. The interactive exhibits are beautifully designed, and the outdoor story garden (complete with a spaceship!) was a big hit. It’s the kind of place that brings books to life and makes learning feel like an adventure. The only reason for four stars is that the space felt a bit limited.
