I organized a birthday party here for 15 children, and I am extremely happy with the experience. The staff was all very welcoming, attentive, and supportive throughout the entire event. They helped us with every detail, from the setup all the way to the end. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend this place, both for birthday parties and just for a regular soft play visit."

Cookies island Beckton . Absolutely the worst place to bring children. This so-called "children's play area" is a complete disgrace. The whole place looks like hasn't been properly cleaned since 2018. The soft play structure itself is filthy – black grime on every single handrail, steps, and tunnel. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy giving your kids a free bacterial souvenir. 0/10. Disgusting.

A great place to take the kids. It was clean & I hope it continues to be like that. Definitely needed in Ilford. A nice place to sit and relax whilst the children can play safely. My daughter really liked it and had lots of fun. The staff were really friendly & went well beyond what was expected, especially Amina who made sure we were ok ☺️

Fantastic place for kids! The play area at Cookie Island in Ilford Exchange is clean, safe, and really well set up for children of all ages. The staff are friendly, attentive, and make sure everyone is looked after. The equipment is colourful and fun, and there’s plenty for kids to do — mine didn’t want to leave! The atmosphere is relaxed, the seating for parents is comfortable, and it’s a great spot to take a break while shopping. Everything is well maintained and the whole experience feels welcoming and family-friendly. A brilliant place to let the kids burn off some energy. Definitely a full 5 stars!

It's the first time I've been here with the family seeing my little one is less than three, her section of playing space was very limited. If your kid is older than that, they'll have a better time seeing there playing space is huge compared Location was pretty good, wasn't hard to get to. Staff were on point, can't knock them. Prices per child made sense but adults were £1? Isn't great but we pay for our kids enjoyment right? Food was nice in terms of price and quality.
