The environment has changed a lot from what it was in the past; now there’s air conditioning, the atmosphere is more pleasant and clean, and my children had a wonderful afternoon. The young woman Grace who was there was very polite and kind. I recommend 🤝🎉

Love the softplay but one member of staff Caroline is quite rude. She was Slagging off another member of staff to customers saying that she was useless and she can’t be left alone because she’s useless. However the other member of staff Brooke seemed really friendly, she helped us find our table and cleaned it for us straight away. She looked really uncomfortable because Caroline was very rude towards her and treated her like she was she was stupid. Not the first time we have had an issue with this member of staff as they are always making it clear that they don’t want to be here and so on. Makes customers quite uncomfortable. Plus when we spoke to management they said it’s not the first complaint they’ve had about her but they can’t sack her just because she’s a bit miserable.

Very friendly staff , kept very clean & tidy. The staff work very hard . My grandchildren enjoyed themselves. Book in advance very busy. It's great they let you know when your times up. Very busy but the staff kept everything under control .

Visited Wacky warehouse today and loved it! Whilst my Daughter and her friend enjoyed the soft play and my friend enjoy some bingo where all money made was being donated to macmillan. A lady named Tabby hosted and she was great and very friendly. The other lady working there was also lovely and helpful however I didn’t get her name. Thanks for a great visit!

Surprisingly decent compared to what I was expecting - friendly, decent sized soft play for 3 and 6 year old, food was hot & actually pretty tasty, menu had a few more choices than I was expecting (including. A decent kids veggie/coconut curry alongside the usual kids options which we appreciated). Kids Fish was decent quality and good sized, my chicken shwarma tacos well well filled & decent spice, as were the loaded fries with lots of toppings! Kids had Sundae for pud and they came out with lots of added extras for the kids to enjoy & seemed like some effort had been put in! I mean, its a large Wacky Warehouse/Green King so don't expect fine dining, but we got much more than we expected & will be back when passing in the future
