My 10 year old had a party here today and I want to say a massive thank you to our party host Abi. She was absolutely fantastic, she handled 11 10 year olds amazingly well, had conversations with them, made them laugh and even fanned them with plates because they were all SO hot!!! She was kind, extremely helpful, offered to do everything on my behalf, helped me get the kids to pose for photos, put the disco lights on when the kids asked her to and was just the sweetest, loveliest party host out there! She even stayed over her shift finishing time until the kids were all done! Kids had an absolute blast and my son even commented on how ‘amazing’ Abi was and felt sad he didn’t get to thank her and say bye at the end! Highly recommend and a massive thank you to Abi! 😊

We had a birthday party at Ninja Warrior Bristol. The communication with venue was great I contacted them a few times as I had to add a guests to the party. I also sent a list of names and DOBs earlier and they confirmed which are completed/visible which aren't, we exchanged several emails to get this sorted, they were very polite and really helpful. On the birthday day the check in went smoothly, all children received a headbands and socks. They even had a spare trainers for those who have forgotten. The host was coming a few times to check if we have everything or need any help. Venue was clean and room well prepared for all of our guests (there were over 20 children). There was plenty of food, they kindly agreed to put our big birthday cake to the fridge ( I was a bit worried it will be hard to fit it in) and borrowed us a lighter for the candles. Each child received a slushy and pack of very tasty vanilla ice-cream. It went really well. There is plent of things to do for children of all ages and we will definitely come back. Children were thrilled and our birthday boy had an unforgettable party!

Ethan helped us with safety. Very nice guy. Nice place to test your body, your strength and your energy. I seriously realised I need to train more my grip. Legs were my salvation, sometimes with the feeling they were rotating 360 to keep me tied up in place to advance through the obstacles. I totally recommend it. So much fun and pain.

First visit for a while so my granddaughter is now over 4years old so can go on more equipment. Having a great time so far. Loved the new climbing tower. Busy here but not crowded. Plenty of staff on hand to assist when necessary.

Was very quiet when we got there which made it so easy to do what you wished. Got the 2 for 1 booking, having 2 hours for the price of 1 hour was exceptional. Very challenging but was enjoyable. Staff was interactive and talkative. They had new boba teas in today and the first to have and was pretty good even though they was in a can. Inflatable was great, so much can be done in those 2 hours it doesn't even feel like it was a full 2 hours.
