Cupcake/Biscuit Decorating Party
This party is suitable for the very small people and the not so small! Children will make their own biscuits and cupcakes with plenty of edible decorations, 100s and 1000s, ready made sugar icing (for which they will use small cutters), chocolate sprinkles and more. They will make their own little presentation boxes to take their designs away in. The older kids will be able to make their own fondant animal toppers for their cupcake.
- Price: £180
- Guests: 10–10
- Ages: 6–12
Bake a Cake Party
This party is for those who love to bake from scratch. Firstly, you will choose the flavour of sponge you want to make, then mix the batter, put it in the oven, make the ganache, choose toppings and add the decorations! For the more competitive bakers, this can be turned into a fun baking competition.
- Price: £200
- Guests: 10–10
- Ages: 7–12
Pizza Party
The pizza party is simply what it says in the tin, pizza making! Kids will make their own pizza dough, and then decorate their pizza with fillings galore. They will peel, slice or chop cucumber, carrot and celery (just to make sure that they have their 5 a day) for afterwards. Whilst the pizzas are in the oven they will make either cheesy twists or dough balls and homemade garlic butter. For dessert, they will move onto sweet pizza! At the end the children will sit down together to eat their creations.
- Price: £180

Michelin inspired masterclass with Paul was exceptional! I enjoyed the experience from start to finish. Everything was made easy for us to spend the majority of time learning new techniques. Paul was a great teacher! The team took care of all clean up and really made the experience enjoyable. I’m looking forwards to my next class already!

I did the Dim Sum class at Cooking It Bristol a couple of weeks ago and honestly loved it. Chef Paul was fantastic. He was incredibly knowledgeable but also really patient and encouraging. He made the whole thing feel accessible, even if (like me) you haven’t made dumplings before. What I appreciated most was that he didn’t just get us to follow a recipe - he encouraged us to experiment and think about all the different fillings and flavour combinations we could try. It felt creative rather than rigid. He even threw in Bao Buns as a bonus, which was such a great surprise. At the end, we all sat down together and ate what we’d made, which made it feel really convivial and relaxed — helped along by a lovely glass of Chenin Blanc (recommendation from the Chef) with my freshly made Dim Sum. On a personal level, this class meant a lot to me. I grew up eating Dim Sum — my mum used to make them — but I wasn’t exactly the best student back then. So being able to learn properly, in my own time, in such a friendly and supportive atmosphere felt quite special. The venue on Gloucester Road is great too — really well set up, with proper professional workstations, which makes you feel like you’re doing it properly rather than just muddling through at home. Would absolutely recommend it if you’ve ever thought, “I wish I could make...add your wish dish here.” Turns out, you can.

Paul, our teacher, was so knowledgable. He gave each pair just enough attention to complete our dish without feeling hen-pecked. The recipe was a perfect balance of innovative and achievable. As someone who cooks regularly at home, I learned plenty of new techniques. Paul advised brands of miso to recreate the dish at home and we left with a flavour packed stock to make extra ramen the following day. Monica made getting booked in with a quick turnaround a breeze too!! Such a great experience.

We had the most amazing birthday party for our daughter. The kids were so happy to be cooking their own feast and all make the birthday cake together. It was a great sharing moment with her friends and their parents. Not only was it worth seeing them busily doing their own pizzas and cakes but we were also able to enjoy this time without any stress. Thank you so much for welcoming us and I’ll definitely be booking my self in for an adult class as the space is so nice and welcoming! 🥰
