Chaos Inflatable Park

Kids' birthday party venue in Bristol

Unit 14-16, Flowers Hill, Brislington, Bristol BS4 5JJ

Family-run indoor inflatable park in Brislington with dedicated party rooms, food included in every party package, and Nerf, midweek and PJ party options

About Chaos Inflatable Park

Chaos is Brislington's family-run indoor inflatable park, a huge obstacle course of slides, bounces and battle zones at Flowers Hill in south-east Bristol. Parties are a big part of what it does: every package pairs an hour on the inflatables with half an hour in a dedicated private party room, and - unusually for the price bracket - party food and unlimited squash are included as standard, with hot-food and VIP tiers above that and upgrades from fruit platters to mascot visits from Stitch or Bluey. There are Nerf battle parties, a term-time midweek deal and an all-ages pyjama disco evening, plus quieter SEN-friendly sessions in the regular timetable. Practicalities are easy: over sixty parking spaces, wheelchair access and an on-site cafe, though grip socks are required, waivers must be signed before arrival and outside food is not permitted. Reviews average 4.4 stars on Google from around 150 parents, and the venue is actively run - its online booking system is live and up to date, and is the best reflection of current party pricing, which is worth double-checking as the site's marketing pages occasionally lag behind it

Loved the inflatables themselves and my son had a wonderful time playing. As others have said, the welcome and service in general were poor. We arrived 15 minutes early as the booking said to do and then had to sit in the reception - which was a grey concrete room with a fold-up camping bench to sit on and a bunch of broken rideables piled into a corner. When it finally came time for our session, no one signalled we could go in and it was impossible to get the staffs attention as they were deep in conversation. The inflatables themselves were good - although there were accessories that were very worn - a deflated yoga ball, for example, and a single battle stick with no matching one to play with. The cafe again was poorly staffed. The member of staff who was meant to be manning it kept disappearing and when there was often ignoring customers to talk to colleagues instead. The whole place felt very unfinished. There were broken/switched off machines everywhere, furniture was primarily the temporary outdoor type, the rooms themselves were like (or rather were) an unfinished warehouse without any decoration. Staff seemed checked out and like interacting with customers was an afterthought. It was expensive for what it was and while my son enjoyed the slide and jumping around, the overall experience was poor. I would not return and wouldn't recommend it to other parents when there are much cheaper and better options for a day out in the area.

Great, convenient place to take the kids on a rainy day. It’s clean, spacious, and well laid out. The addition of the indoor marquees and heaters has been great during the winter. Kids had lunch there and liked it - pizzas, hot dogs and chips, all reasonably priced. I didn’t give it 5 stars because I struggled to find parking a couple of times, but there is a retail park next door where free parking is available so it wasn’t too bad.

This place was such a hit! Went with my sons (6 and 4), and their facilities being adult and child friendly gave me an awesome opportunity to join in with my kids and bond on their level. Worth noting that I was exhausted within 10 minutes of jumping along with them, but then again I am not the fittest person by any measure. Golden memories made!

What a fantastic place! Went for a 2 hour session yesterday with my daughter and she loved it! Pure fun for the entire 2 hours she didnt want to leave! Friendly staff, clean and tidy place Not sure what's up with the negative reviews I think there not justified this place wasn't cold, it was raining outside and there wasn't any leaks like people have suggested My daughter is 3 so its great they allow you on the bouncy castles to play with her, not going to lie I had great fun as well! I highly recommend this place, will be adding it to my soft play/play cafe page on my website 👍
