- Every package comes with a character party host, games, party bags and a sing-a-long. Gold Plus and Platinum add longer entertainment and a disco, and an extra character can be added for an additional charge.
- What kind of entertainment is it?
- BNS provides character and mascot entertainers, including superhero and princess appearances, to host and run your party.
- Is food included?
- Food and drinks are not included, as these are entertainment packages, so you can arrange your own catering.
- How do we book?
- Send an enquiry with your date, the age of the birthday child and the number of guests, and you will get a response to confirm.

I highly recommend rentamascot to anyone looking to hire a mascot, the communication, the delivery and the mascot itself was fantastic! My daughter was so pleased at her 4th birthday party when we hired the Peppa pig costume it really made her party! Excellent service will be using again Many thanks

I would just like to say thank you so much, you have made my daughters party that extra bit more special. Shes been none stop asking thousands of questions last night and this morning of how they got there, how they know its her birthday. And to see all the kids and parents faces for when they walked in was icing on top of the cake. The costumes are just amazing. And was definitely worth it Thank you so much!

I read the other reviews before using this service. Given there were reviews about unfair retention of damage deposit I contacted RentAMascot before hiring and they said that the people who leave those reviews are the few unhappy people who caused damage. Prior to hire they were responsive. I told them in advance that I would take a video of the condition of the item on opening it and on returning it, and that I would leave a review at the end. The mascot arrived in time though they had booked a return prior to the hire date I had booked, so I rescheduled the collection for after the hire date as it should have been. They confirmed that was fine. I duly took the video and returned the item in the same condition it arrived, on time, in the original packaging, and using the cable ties they supplied. I can confirm they returned the damage deposit, though it took a few weeks of chasing them by email, phone and text. They appeared to be most responsive to text. The mascot itself was great - really good quality just like you see at public events. My daughter absolutely loved it. Overall it was a lovely experience for my daughter, and that is the main thing.

We hired the Catboy and Gekko mascots for my sons 3rd birthday and I couldn’t rate them enough! The whole delivery service including pick up was so easy! They were such good quality costumes so definetely worth the money! They were a massive hit with all the children and even the adults at the party! We will definetely be hiring next year 😃 Thanks again!
