Been to a few other tracks lately that should be very well run and staffed tracks. And I must say for very big companies there staff are not a scratch on the friendly welcoming and still very professional staff at absolutely karting Bristol. Your staff are a huge credit on the company and deserve a massive pat on the back.

We went for my son's first karting experience and had a great time. The staff were friendly, the venue had good facilities, happily drive the extra 30 mins to visit Absolutely Karting Vs our local venue.

I went on to this facility on a Friday night to watch my family race. The staff were very helpful and friendly but I feel I do have to make other possible customers aware of a few things. First, the karts were very unreliable and did ruin our experience at the track. Three of my family members lost time during their session having to swap their karts because they had stopped working. Some other family members said afterwards that their karts were either feeling very unstable, making strange noises or their pedals did not feel safe. I was standing near the track staff area at the time and from what they were saying, it really sounded like this was not unusual. I’ve previously been to the track in Avonmouth and those karts seemed much better maintained, though they also seemed much newer. We also came to absolutely karting about a year and a half ago and the karts seemed much better then, I don’t remember anyone having to change karts or feeling as unsafe. Secondly, we had pre ordered pizzas afterwards. Off the top of my head, we paid about £13 per pizza, and saw them coming out of boxes that I have seen in the supermarket for much much less! I thought they would be special pizzas but they seem to just be ones that they buy from the supermarket and charge over double for. Again, I want to emphasise that the front of house staff and track staff were very friendly, but the overall experience felt like the company was trying to over charge us for a sub par karting experience while they saved as much money as possible. They do say they’re a charity a lot but we did all leave feeling quite disappointed.

It's my favourite track in Bristol. IMO it's one of the best tracks in the UK, double level is 1000m long with many different corners and spots to overtake, and it's priced well compared to competitors. Go-karts can vary a lot but that's a tiny inconvenience worth the better price.

This was my first time and it was an absolute thrill. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Once you get to grips with the handling of the kart in the first few laps, the adrenaline kicks in and you will definitely get the need for speed. A great time alone but would be even more fun with a good group of friends competing. Try this at least ONCE.
