Axis Trampoline Club

Here at Axis we provide a fun filled time with our birthday parties, with exclusive use so you don’t share the gym with anyone! Parties are tailored to the age of the children involved and we can cater from babies through to adults. We can also tailor the party to specific areas of gymnastics or trampolining. We are happy to create bespoke party packages for you, please contact us to discuss your needs.

Parties are available to book on Saturday afternoons at 1.45pm, 3.00pm or 4.15pm and include exclusive use of the gym and all age appropriate equipment as well as 45 minutes in our party room afterwards.

Preschool Parties

• Maximum numbers 30 pre-schoolers
• 1 hour party: £175

These parties include a full range of preschool equipment situated throughout the gym, which include softplay shapes, ball pit, toys, airtrack and our climbing frame and slide. You also have the use of our full size trampolines and full size gymnastics equipment. These parties focus on free play with parents, under the supervision of our qualified coaches to ensure the equipment is used safely. The parties finish with games led by our coaches. Please note that drinks will be required for the children down stairs as well as in the party room. The café area will be open if you wish to purchase these. You then move up to our party room afterwards (see below).

Parties from School Age

• Up to 20 children – £175
• 20 to 30 children – £250

Your hour in the gym will be guided by our qualified coaches who will take you r child and their guests through the use of all our fantastic gym equipment, (including our trampolines), participate in fun games and much more! This allows parents to sit back, relax with a coffee from our cafe and let us keep all the guests entertained for the hour. Please note that drinks will be required for the children in the gym as well as in the party room afterwards. The café area will be open if you wish to purchase these or you can bring your own. You then move on to one of our party rooms afterwards (see below).

Party Room
After all our exclusive use party packages you have the opportunity to use our newly refurbished upstairs party room. This room has an independent heating/cooling system to keep it a perfect temperature for your party whatever the weather and a speaker system if you wish to bring music to play. This is exclusive use for 30 minutes followed by a further 15 minutes of tidy up time. This is supervised by you; the party organiser. We provide tables and benches/chairs but everything else is provided by yourselves. You are more than welcome to bring in your own food and refreshments or hire in an outside caterer. Our staff will assist you in tidying up for the last 15 minutes and we would ask that you promptly leave the party area in the manner that you find it for the benefit of other users.

Booking Terms and Conditions:
When booking a £50.00 deposit is required to secure your date and time slot. The remaining balance needs to be paid 1 month prior to your party. Failure to pay the balance on time may result in the slot being forfeited. It is essential you leave your party promptly and the party room tidy due to other parties we may have coming in; this is the responsibility of the person booking the party. The party room 45 minutes includes 30 minutes for food/cake/games (we provide chairs and tables and you provide the rest) followed by 15 minutes tidy up time which our staff will assist you with. Cancellation will accrue loss of deposit. If cancellation takes place within 1 month of the party then refund of the balance will only be possible if the party slot can be re-booked.
