The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making the whole experience delightful. The place itself was spotless and well-maintained, creating a comfortable atmosphere. Overall, it was a fantastic visit that exceeded expectations and would 100% recommend it!

Jump in silently changed their parking policy. You now have to record your registration to avoid a £100 fine - something which the jump in staff carefully didn't mention. Result - the cost of the visit ended up being triple what I had budgeted for. Thank you, jump in. The children did have a good time, so not dropping all the way to one star.

We had a very upsetting experience at this venue. During our visit, another patron pushed my young daughter to the floor, got on top of her, and pulled her hair. She was extremely frightened and shaken. What concerned us most was that this happened despite staff being present and despite the other guest being accompanied by a supervising adult. The situation was not prevented or managed effectively. While I understand that venues should be inclusive, this must be matched with strong safeguarding and close supervision to protect all children. In our case, this did not happen. As a result, we no longer feel confident about our child’s safety here. Parents should be aware and consider this when deciding whether to visit.

The kids love this place. Lots to do. We have had loads of bday parties for the kids too. Convenient location and great venue. Can’t go wrong really. Prices are reasonable. Booking of the party room is pricier so we normally just use the open area to save some money. The food that Jump In provide is great for kids and the chicken is halal.

Wonderful place with full of various act For kids for all age. Did a birthday party for 6YO and everyone went home happy n cheerful. 1 star less for one thing time specified for the party was little miss leading as I booked for 5:09 pm to 7:09 pm they asked us to cone 4:30 for prep time but then they also revealed that party will wind up by 6:30 pm and they were in rush to do it, which was beyond my understanding. They should be clear before hand for everything. Ms. Jasmine helped us to host the party with full of energy. Must say wonderful service and she took care of everything from taking kids to activities, involving them in activities, to serve food and cake , & distributing return gifts.
