Super Smiles Party Package
Each guest builds their own furry friend worth up to £19, chooses a T-shirt for it and takes it home in a Cub Condo carry box. Awesome Adventure at £35 raises the furry friend to a value of up to £30 and adds a clothing item, with a choice of a Cub Condo or a bear carrier. The Ultimate Experience at £45 covers a furry friend worth up to £34 plus a clothing item and a footwear item, again with the choice of carry-home.
- Is there a minimum number of guests?
- Yes, five guests, including the guest of honour. You pay for at least five packages even if fewer children turn up. Parties are booked for up to 20 guests as standard; for a larger group you would need to speak to the store, as special arrangements can often be made.
- What is included in every party?
- Every party comes with a dedicated Party Leader who guides the group through the bear-making from start to finish, the heart ceremony, party games and activities exclusive to the experience, name tag stickers, bear ear paper party hats and a photo prop photo opportunity. The birthday guest of honour also receives a keepsake.
- Can we choose a theme?
- Yes. Themed party packages are available, including a Rainbow theme at £35 a guest and Pokémon and Wizarding World themes at £45 a guest. Custom themes start from £25. The Make-Your-Own option lets you set your own per-guest budget instead, with the Party Leader helping the children stay within it while they choose clothing and accessories.
- Is food or cake included?
- No. The party is a bear-making experience rather than a catered one, so food, drink and cake are not part of the packages and are not served in store.
- Where does the party take place?
- In the Build-A-Bear Workshop at Westfield Stratford City, on the Lower Ground Floor, alongside other shoppers in the store. Your group gets the undivided attention of its own Party Leader throughout. Some workshops can also host parties outside normal opening hours, which is worth asking about when you enquire.
- What do the children take home?
- Each guest leaves with the furry friend they built themselves, dressed in whatever the package includes and packed in a Cub Condo or bear carrier. It doubles as the party bag, so there is nothing else to organise on that front.
- How do I book?
- Send an enquiry with your preferred date and time, the number of guests and the package you want. A deposit is required to reserve the date, and the balance is paid in full in store on the day of the party.
