It's a great place for children, clean and with all the necessary extras (coffee, toilets, etc) we had a great time here and it is big enough for plenty of children to play and attend. I would totally recommend 😍

So, here’s the whole story. We planned a nice outing with the kids and decided to try the Jolly Jungle soft play at Becontree Heath Leisure Centre in Dagenham. I called ahead, they said come over, but never mentioned anything about being card-only or having to fill out forms. When we got there, the whole atmosphere just felt off. The reception staff looked at us like we didn’t belong, and then they said, “Oh, we only accept card payments,” and “You need to fill out this form.” It just felt like too many hurdles for a simple soft play visit, and the whole place felt unwelcoming and tense. So we turned around and left, deciding to find something better. And that’s how we ended up at Kids Zone in Romford. It was a total game-changer. The staff were welcoming from the moment we walked in, and the kids were thrilled. We ended up staying for four hours—playing, eating, and just having a fantastic time. But the coolest part was outside the Kids Zone in the shopping centre. They had these virtual reality stations—four different computers where you sit down, put on VR goggles, and hold joysticks. It’s like stepping into a virtual world where you’re riding a spaceship and exploring new places. The kids absolutely loved it—they were off the hook excited. They kept saying, “We have to come back! We have to do this again!” Honestly, it turned into such a great experience that now we go there at least twice a month. It’s not about the price at all—it’s about the experience and the atmosphere. Plus, being in the shopping centre, you’ve got all kinds of food options like McDonald’s, pizza, Nando’s, and more. You can even get your face painted or do other fun activities. It’s just a fantastic place all around. In the end, leaving that first place in Dagenham was the best decision we could’ve made, because it led us to one of our favorite family spots.

I chose this place for a birthday party because of its good location and convenient parking (with 2-hour parking). However, the time allocated for the party (1.5 hours) is too short, especially when you factor in the time needed for setup and decorations. Ideally, the party duration should be at least 2hours. What I didn’t like about this place was their approach to food, especially for the adults. I ordered ham and cheese sandwiches, but the party leader simply brought plain bread with just ham and cheese from a shop. To be honest, it felt like a joke, and I paid extra for this. The quality of the food was really poor. Another issue was that when I asked for adult food, they seemed surprised for this.Additionally, the café area was far away from the party area, which wasted my time to order coffee with non dairy milk. It didn't make sense to have to walk so far for something so basic.Everything felt rushed, and the kids had to eat quickly. I would not recommend ordering food here. It’s not what I would expect for a birthday celebration. The only positive aspect of this place is that they allow you to bring and eat your own cake. Overall, I feel there are more disadvantages than advantages when it comes to hosting a party here

Nice small soft play enough for the kids to release some of their energy and get a chance to socialize with other kids. 🙂 Snacks are also available in the soft play to buy, also there is a toilet on site.

Took my kids here a few times. It's a great place for them and we booked the session very easy on the Everyone Active app.
