It was really extortionate and we weren’t able to finish our plates, as they unnecessarily rushed us, as no one was waiting. I understand there needs to be a set time, but it should be proportionate to the size piece that you choose. In the end we spent nearly £100 on two unfinished pieces. Other pottery places are friendlier, more helpful, allow you to enjoy the experience and are not scammers. I won’t be going back again or recommend to anyone. It’s such a waste of a morning and money.

I really wanted to love this place but I’m not too sure! The day of painting was lovely but when it came to collecting staff stated they ‘didn’t know’ about extra writing I requested (I pre-paid so this isn’t possible) delaying my items by over extra week, so I wasn’t able to get it by the date I needed for a family birthday. So I would always suggest doing it at least a month in advance if you need it by a certain date. I tried contacting them but they never called back so I had to go in store and request an update, during which they told me it would go in the kiln that day and then was still not ready for a further 4 days? The items were very cute when I finally got them but the writing I paid for (extra £8 I think) wasn’t even done and was left blank on the back to show my sons name and age. So in all it was a tad disappointing that I will probably have to sharpie on the back myself

We went today for a birthday treat! What a fabulous experience, warm, friendly, calm, knowledgeable staff - who were great with my little boy and we managed to get wonderful hand print mugs. An amazing memory for us. Highly recommend!

I recently visited Zebra Ceramics, and I can't express enough how wonderful the experience was! From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. Special shoutout to Stacey and Cicily for making our visit truly memorable. I have a dog allergy and was a bit concerned because the shop has a dog. Stacey was so understanding and sweet about it. She immediately put the dog on a lead, which made me feel much more comfortable and allowed me to enjoy the experience without any worries. My friend and I were really into our pottery painting, and we completely lost track of time. Stacey was amazing and let us stay a bit longer so we could finish our masterpieces. This level of customer care is so appreciated. The atmosphere at Zebra Ceramics is warm and inviting - I highly recommend Zebra Ceramics to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing activity. Thank you, Zebra Ceramics, for such a fantastic experience!

BIG thanks need to go to Dean who was super helpful in getting the perfect small person handprints onto a mug. Not only was he patient but he is amazing with kids and did a great job achieving the perfect little handprints. Lovely selection of paintables and cute little activity to do. Hope the ceramics turn out as we wish them to 😂
