Multiple London studios

Pottery painting, clay hand-building and wheel-throwing parties across Social Pottery's London studios - two guided hours with glazing and firing included

About Social Pottery

Social Pottery runs friendly studios in Kentish Town, Camden Town, White City and Balham, and its kids' parties keep the format simple: a two-hour session with roughly ninety minutes of expert-guided creating and a final half hour for the birthday celebration, with all materials, paints, glazing and kiln-firing included on painted pieces (collected once fired) and air-dry clay creations going home the same day. Five clearly priced tiers cover pottery painting on figurines, mugs and beakers or bowls and plates, a hand-building clay party, and an expert-led wheel-throwing party for ages ten and up - from £28 to £35 per child, minimum eight to ten, with studios hosting groups up to fifty. Booking runs online with published pricing; reviews average 4.6 stars from around 275 Google visitors. One listing gap: no photos at all - card-dead until images are added

Great time with 4 other girls. Good selections of ceramics for painting. Day was really warm, wish there were options for drink purchases. Clean toilet and calm ambience!

Our teacher was great, considering it was our first time! She really took her time to explain and her calm demeanour made us feel okay if we made a mistake. Has so much fun and would definitely recommend for a girly day out, a date night or even a solo side quest!

A truly wonderful experience that will stay with us for a long time! The kids were absolutely thrilled — especially with the chance to paint their favorite Labubu figures. The atmosphere is incredibly inspiring, filled with creativity in every corner, and enhanced by a unique Italian vibe that makes the place feel cozy and special. A special thanks to the team — such kind, friendly, and lovely girls who create a warm and welcoming environment and help everyone feel comfortable and engaged. This is definitely a place we’ll come back to again and again. Highly recommended!

Social Pottery helped us organize a beautiful pottery painting workshop for 30 students! Everyone had a great time. Chloe was especially helpful through the process, and extremely accommodating to all our requests! A must do for anyone looking for a nice decompression workshop!

i had such a great time, i’ve always wanted to do this but having busy schedules with friends made it impossible. but what was stopping me from going alone, and honestly it was so peaceful, therapeutic and just had so much fun. carmella was so sweet, she showed me a lovely demo and made me less nervous for the tricky bit of the painting. such a great team, definitely coming back.
