The amount I paid was quite high, which raised my expectations — unfortunately, the experience did not match its cost. 1. She arrived 30 minutes late and had no time to prepare. 2. One person for 15 kids resulted in complete chaos. 3. Because of the lack of organization, most of the children finished decorating extremely quickly. 4. The second activity was very weak — just coloring hats to pass the time. 5. The party supplies were poor considering the price: mismatched plates, a single box of chocolates shared among 15 kids, and small bags not suitable for donuts. Overall, it was an expensive and disappointing experience. I do not recommend it.

We had such a fantastic time with Pinky Promise London! Since I’m not based in central London, it was great that they’re remote—it made everything so convenient. They arrived right on time with all their equipment, very professional but also warm and friendly. The party was today, and the kids had a blast the whole time. Honestly, I couldn’t wait to tell the world how amazing they were! The price was really fair too. I’ll definitely be booking them again!

We have done lots of parties with this company for our kids and other children, and they never disappoint! Sadaf and Frishta were extremely hands-on, making sure everything ran smoothly and that every child was having fun. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout. Our kids had an absolute blast and truly enjoyed every moment. From start to finish, the team went above and beyond to ensure everyone was happy and entertained. Highly recommend for any celebration—truly the best in the business!

Absolutely wonderful people!!! Experience was clearly laid out in email and good communication, on the day I was called and hosts arrived on time for their prep. My daughter and her friends aged 8 and 9 years loved the spa pamper party and making their own face masks, nail polish and glitter tattoos and having a truly glam experience with comfy cushions and gorgeous robes! They loved designing their own pencil cases and going glittertastic with designs! Hosts cleaned up and the girls really enjoyed the time with them! Thank you !!

We did our daughter's birthday with pinkypromise london. There were a absolute pleasure and highly professional. We did the virtual Slime party for 20 of her friends with add on Cookies pack .Pinkypromise took care of everything, and came through .The boxes were beautifully packed for each child ( she also made sure to have my daughters favourite in mind ) .It had everything needed for the session .It was the most entertaining 1 hours I have ever seen my kids get along with parents. Thank You very much for everything, u guys were amazing . Will recommend to all.🙂
