- All packages include time in the arena with access to all attractions, an exclusive party room, a dedicated party host, and food and refreshments.
- What are the package tiers?
- Bronze (£24.95 per guest) with pizza, crisps and unlimited squash; Silver (£29.95 per guest) adding invitations, a photo card, a Polar Krush and a present; and Gold (£34.95 per guest) adding a party bag, a 30-day pass and a free return for each guest.
- What are the attractions?
- Mini golf, bumper cars, Laser Quest, a ninja assault course, an inflatable, arcades, virtual reality and 5D, and soft play. Note there are no trampolines at this location.
- How many guests, and what age is it for?
- Parties are for a minimum of 10 guests and suit all ages, though some attractions have height and age limits, for example Laser Quest is for over-6s and guests over 1.1m.
- Is there food on site?
- Yes, The Diner serves pizza, burgers, hot dogs and more, and private catering can be arranged.
- When should we arrive?
- All guests should arrive 30 minutes before the start time for check-in. Sports gear is best, and grip socks are available for £3.
- Where is it, and is there parking?
- At High Street Quarter, 8 Smithy Lane (TW3 1EH), near Hounslow Central station, with a car park directly beneath (£2 for up to 2 hours).
- Do we need to book ahead?
- Yes, booking online in advance is strongly recommended, as the venue often sells out.

We celebrated our son’s birthday at Flip Out on 25th May 2026 and had a fantastic time. The party host was really kind, friendly and very helpful throughout the event, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The kids had so much fun playing all the different games, especially Laser Quest, which was definitely the highlight of the day. Everything was well organised and we all left with great memories. Highly recommended for birthday parties!

Bounce all day and all night, amazing staffing compliment. Safety was a concern of mine, however those fears were diminished and dismissed after observing the staff's hands on approach.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ PRIVATE PARTY HIRE Absolutely fantastic party from start to finish! Flip Out delivered an unforgettable experience—brilliantly organised, seamless, and full of energy. The hosts were outstanding: friendly, attentive, and amazing with the kids, who genuinely had the time of their lives. From the bumper cars to every other activity, everything was run smoothly and safely, which meant we could relax and enjoy it too. A special shout-out to the host for even taking care of the cake cutting—such a thoughtful touch. The private hire made it feel extra special. We’ll 100% be back next year. Couldn’t recommend it more!

Flip Out Hounslow is one of the best indoor play centres in the Hounslow Town Centre — highly recommended! My kids have been coming here for nearly 3 years, and it’s always been a fantastic place for fun and entertainment. The indoor activities are great for children of all ages, and they also have party rooms available, which is perfect for birthdays and special occasions. The Laser Quest & 5D Experience is a big hit — really exciting and well set up. Overall, a very enjoyable experience every time. Thank you, Flip Out!
