We celebrated my son’s 6th birthday at Flip Out this Sunday, and Maia was our host. She was absolutely wonderful—very helpful, kind, and attentive throughout the party. She made sure everything ran smoothly and that the kids had a great time. Her friendly attitude really made the experience even more enjoyable for everyone. After the most awful customer service experience on the phone lines in the national centre. My entire views were changed, when I reached out to Katya Olenina in regards to my son celebrating his birthday here yesterday. She went above and beyond to make sure all the children’s experience was amazing, what I most enjoyed was this is the 2nd year we’ve attended on his birthday mid week and the place is empty…. 2 hours of jumping and playing all basically to themselves. They enjoyed every moment and where screaming when can we come back THEY LOVED IT. She is the go to person to reach out to you for any needs and this place has more to do than most of the other indoor play parks. We will be happy attending again on an after school club adventure and suggest you all check it out if you haven’t been. Some of the parents were ecstatic as I released them to a hidden gem they never knew existed. Thank you Katya and team for making Romes 6th birthday so special 👍🏾

We celebrated our daughter’s 8th birthday at Flip Out Croydon and it was absolutely amazing! The atmosphere was great, the staff were fantastic, and the kids had an incredible time. Everything ran smoothly and our daughter loved every minute. A perfect place for a birthday celebration!

Our first time at Flip out, Croydon. We had our son's birthday there today. It was great and the staff were fantastic. Priyanka was our party host and we could not have asked for any more from her. Even though they were very busy, she was always smiling and ready to help with any requests. Nothing was too much to ask. It was an excellent service all round and the place was fun for the kids. They really had a great time. Will definitely go back again. Thanks Priyanka.

We booked our son’s 8th birthday party here and had left it to the last minute. From the beginning, we found all the staff to be very helpful. I realised I had booked the party accidentally a day early. Katya was so kind and helpful and managed to reschedule everything for the following day. The staff were very attentive and my son had a wonderful time. There are excellent facilities including trampolines, laser tag and mini golf. We will definitely be back. Thank you Katya and team! You are brilliant.
