We been many times to this soft play. It is not too big or not too good but kids still like it as they dont have other options in the mall. Ground floor has some fun for babies, kids and big children too. They also have up stairs role play sections like fire stations, petrol stations, building, kitchen and hospital, beauty salon and grocery shop. Also has little sensory room which use to be good few years ago, now its looks like nobody looking after up stairs. There is small snack and coffee bar which is almost closed as I never see anyone their for serving anything. There is small party room which is decorated on Christmas but you have to pay for that. There is a little ship to play but now just few more chairs. Mostly play room upstairs are too messy, everything too old and dirty. They charge from 4 year old £11.50 for two hours. Which is bit expensive as there is not too many things to play. On the ground floor you can get some lunch like pizza, fries, drinks and cakes for kids. There is also teddy shop which seems to be never open. Toilets and baby changing room are okay. There is a bus nd snapping thing which you have to pay extra. This place is good for small kids parties. There is no parking at all near by as shopping mall parking is closed. If you have partner, you can leave the kids in his or her supervision and do shopping around or some chat with your friends md family while kids busy in play. But someone must be present to supervise the kids as they are not allowed kids by themselves here.

Visited today with my son he absolutely loved it playing in the soft play and also the role play upstairs massive thank you to Lily who told us where everything was in the facility and made us feel so welcome! She kept the place super clean whilst having to deal with customers excellent job! One down for to things is the other staff member with her didn’t seem to be doing much stood on her phone behind the cafe come across bit unfriendly towards us to be honest other than that can’t fault this place thank you for having us we will definitely be returning!

Be ready to pay an extra £2.50 adult entry fee just to sit and watch. It’s not that I can’t afford the £2.50, it’s the cheap trick of advertising a lower price to make it seem better value. If the real price had been shown as £14.50 from the start, I probably wouldn’t have gone. You basically wait while your child plays in a very small soft play area, around 40m² at most. It’s advertised for children up to 11 years old, but honestly I struggle to see how even an 8 year old would find it that entertaining for long. The play space is very limited. I wouldn’t say the place is filthy though, cleanliness was actually alright for the type and area it is. The main issue is that the price simply doesn’t reflect what you get

Great little softplay in town situated in the Observatory, great decor & very clean with a good food menu and choice of coffee! Very friendly and helpful staff! This is the 2nd year we have been to their Halloween Party and it’s amazing! The girls put in so much effort into the decor and hosting the event, well worth a visit!

AVOID. Dirty and understaffed. I was so disappointed as when I went previously (mid-April), our toddler loved both the upstairs role play section, and the downstairs soft play. This time, it was a mess. When I arrived (after booking online earlier that day) I was told to come back later as they were fixing the lights (the place was completely dark) In the end the lady working there came to get me about 10 minutes later to say that I could use the upstairs area until they finished fixing the lights. It was FILTHY. See photos. Honestly, I'm glad we were the only ones there. Lots of accessories missing (barely any fruit and veg left from the supermarket; only 2 rabbits and a teddy bear (??) in the vet practice; old, dirty dolls in the 2 pushchairs; etc. The sensory room is in dire need of repairs. But the worst was that it was clear that the place hadn't been cleaned at all that morning (and we were the first ones there at opening, so that means it had been left like that overnight) Crumbs on tables, smears, just look at the photos I took. After a while we went down to the soft play which was a bit better. But still. When I raised the issue of cleanliness with the only member of staff present, she said that she didn't know why the tables were sticky, as she had wiped them that morning. Well, she certainly hadn't done anything upstairs!! No staff supervision at all (saw kids without socks and kids way older than 2 in the baby area) We will never be back, which is a shame as we are local.
