Powerleague is a brilliant spot for football and community activities! During the day time there is a Charity Cafe open from 10am - 3pm monday to Friday and you can get a hot meal for £4! The staff are such hotties and so helpful. The pitches are tidy and well kept , there’s plenty of space, and the vending machine comes in handy when you can’t be bothered to walk to the Tesco Express (about a 12-minute walk away). Parking is worth noting – it isn’t free, even for Blue Badge holders, so make sure you park in the correct bays. The ANPR cameras are active, which means even stopping off or waiting in your car will trigger a charge. To avoid a heavy fine, register your parking in advance or on arrival via YourParkingSpace (Location ID 11102). What’s also nice is the area around Powerleague – there are pubs nearby with some cool film and music links. The Jolly Gardener featured in Snatch with Vinnie Jones (What a Legend!!!), The Black Prince Pub was used in Kingsman, and The Black Dog is famous for being mentioned in a Taylor Swift song. Overall, a great place for football with a bit of local film and music history nearby – just keep an eye on the parking rules!

This is a great place for football. One large pitch plus smaller pitches. Would definitely recommend.

Staff are extremely helpful ,especially on Fridays. Make the experience enjoyable forgot the names of the reception staff. But overall make feel very welcomed 😌. Just on occasions, selfish customers urinate in the showers, making it harder for the staff members and other participants.

Well managed, well provisioned facility hidden away in the centre of a housing estate. If your into, boxing, weights, basketball, football, dodgeball even, this is a great place to visit. Recommended.
