My daughter attended a birthday party at the Shetland Pony Club over the weekend. The party was set up in a large tent which was beautifully decorated and looked out onto the stunning Surrey Hills landscape. My daughter is normally nervous around animals, but the ponies were so calm and gentle, that she quickly felt at ease. The team was also friendly, welcoming and great with the children. First, the guests were able to groom the ponies and then they went on a peaceful ride around the grounds. It was such a wonderful, unique party experience!

I recently booked a pony ride for my son’s birthday, and it was a fantastic experience! H My son loved being involved in decorating the pony. It added a personal touch to the ride that he thoroughly enjoyed. The actual riding was a joy for him. He was all smiles throughout the experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and provided lots of information, making the day even more enjoyable. My son still talks about this lovely experience, highlighting just how special it was for him. Thank you for making this day so memorable! Highly recommend this activity for anyone looking to create lasting memories for their children.

We had such a wonderful experience at the Shetland Pony Club! We booked a Starter Ride for our daughter, and it truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm, welcoming, and perfectly organized. The ponies were absolutely adorable, calm, and clearly very well cared for — which made us feel completely at ease. The staff were incredibly kind, patient, and attentive, especially with young children. They took the time to make sure our daughter felt comfortable and confident, turning the ride into a joyful and memorable experience. Seeing her face light up with excitement and happiness was priceless — pure magic from start to finish. It was not just a ride, but a beautiful first introduction to ponies in a safe and nurturing environment. We left with the biggest smiles and can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommend this experience to any family looking to create special memories!❤️

We took our 6 year old daughter for the mini egg hunt yesterday, she thoroughly enjoyed herself! From the moment we got there the staff were engaging with her, with simple instructions for all the children. My daughter enjoyed meeting her pony, grooming her pony, and then dressing her pony up, before walking her pony to the field and being able to ride him to the egg hunt. Each child had their own pony and helper! She loved running around looking for eggs on the trail, and finished with a lovely rosette ceremony. Overall I would definitely book this again for my daughter and even my son when he is old enough! Thank you to the team and the Shetland Pony Club for making the experience enjoyable and memorable for our daughter 🤍

We were blown away by the whole experience. Our two girls joined for the half-day pony camp. It ran for four days and each day had a different theme. Shetland Pony Club is set in the most beautiful location, with great attention to detail given to every aspect of the experience… from the staff uniforms, the beautifully decorated undercover area, to the grooming area. Our girls had a wonderful time, and we will definitely be back!
