Great experience at Rock Up Watford! The staff gave a clear and easy-to-follow safety briefing, making the whole process very straightforward. The children's climbing session was well organised and not overcrowded, so everyone had plenty of space and attention. My daughter had a fantastic time and left with a big smile on her face. We'll definitely be coming back!

I am deeply disappointed, and this will be my last visit to this establishment. Two months ago, my wife left a review on Google and received a response assuring me that improvements would be made. Unfortunately, upon returning today, I found the situation unchanged and equally disheartening. The restroom, primarily used by children, remains in an unacceptable condition. Toilet paper intended for intimate use was lying on the dusty floor, there was no running water at the sink, the doors were visibly dirty, and the toilets themselves were unclean. Greater attention should be paid to maintaining these facilities, particularly considering that the main beneficiaries of this space are children.

We had a really enjoyable visit to Rock Up in Watford Atria Mall with my 4-year-old. The soft play area was perfect for his age – spacious, clean, and full of exciting things to climb, slide, and explore. It felt safe and well-supervised, which made it easy for me to relax while he played. The staff were friendly and attentive, and everything was well-organised. While we didn’t try the climbing walls this time, we saw plenty of families and kids having a fantastic time on them. It looked like so much fun, and I’m sure we’ll be back soon to give the climbing experience a go ourselves. A great spot for active fun with young kids – definitely worth a visit!

We recently visited Rock Up Watford, and overall, it was a good experience! The climbing facilities are impressive, with a variety of walls that cater to different skill levels. The atmosphere is vibrant and fun, making it a great place for kids and friends to bond over some climbing challenges. However, I noticed that there could be more options for younger kids and beginners. While there are definitely climbs for experienced climbers, I would have appreciated having more easier routes available for first-timers and younger children. This would make it more inclusive and enjoyable for everyone. Despite this, we had a good time and would recommend Rock Up Watford to anyone looking for an exciting climbing experience!

Located within the Atria Watford. Friendly and helpful staff. Soft play frame covering over two floors. There is a cute little Photo Booth, a cafeteria and party room. I am giving a 4 ⭐️ because the maintenance was not up to good. The soft play area had strings hanging over, papers and wrappers. Overall my little one enjoyed it.
