I came here with my kids in February. It is a great facility and they loved it. I saw a sign on entry that said you needed to register your car on the ipad if you were going to be there longer than 90 minutes, as the car park now has a 90 minute limit. I did this, but I got a parking ticket anyway. Kidspace would have nothing to do with it and referred me to the car park operator. I appealed the parking ticket, they responded and asked for proof I was using the Kidspace facilities. I sent them my booking confirmation. They denied my appeal anyway. I can take it to an independent appeals process, but frankly its not worth the hassle so I will just pay it. But I won’t be back at kidspace, as any visit is going to be more than 90 minutes, which is a shame as my kids loved it.

A Perfect High-Energy Hangout for Kids If you are looking for a place where your kids can truly run wild in a safe, engaging environment, this is it. We recently visited and were impressed by the variety of activities that go beyond your standard play gym. The Play Zones The layout is thoughtfully designed to keep different energy levels catered to: High Energy: There are two trampolines that are perfect for getting that jumpy energy out. The Classics: A large ball pit paired with a slick slide—a hit for all ages. Unique Features: The "walking on the tree" space is a creative touch that challenges their balance, while the sand aquarium offers a nice sensory "cool down" break from the physical running around. Food & Amenities You won't be stuck with just soggy fries here. There are plenty of food choices available, making it easy to turn a play session into a full afternoon without everyone getting "hangry." It’s a genuine one-stop shop for a family outing. Value & Memberships The pricing structure is very parent-friendly: Regulars Reward: If you become a frequent visitor, you can snag 10% off as a member. Try Before You Buy: One of the best features is the ability to upgrade your day ticket to an annual pass. It’s a great "no-risk" way to see if your kids love the space before committing to the full year.

We visited this play space on the weekend, and it was very crowded with both children and adults. Everyone was running around, playing and having fun, sometimes even bumping into each other. Unfortunately, there were very few staff members, which was noticeable. Small balls were scattered everywhere. My child and I collected many of them and brought them back to the ball pit, while other visitors mostly ignored them and just tripped over them. In the food area, all the tables were dirty. Visitors did not clean up after themselves, and only one staff member was trying to manage everything, which was clearly not enough. On the positive side, the play area itself was clean, made of wood, and most of the equipment worked well. Only some of the vacuum machines in the small ball area were not working. The play space is designed in an interesting way and is suitable for children of different ages. Overall, my child had a good time here.

Kids Space was such an exciting place to take my boys! £40 for 2hours and honestly… money well spent because I don’t think they had another hour left in them 🤣🤣. A 10-year-old, a 5-year-old, and me running after the little one making sure he didn’t get lost 😅. Everyone had the best time including me 🤣

Took our young son here recently. He loved it. He had so much fun. Lots to explore and experience here for the little ones including go-karting. The entry ticket is for 2 hours. Good length of time for both playing and eating. Staff are friendly and helpful. The served foods are good too. We had cheese pizza and jacket potato with tuna mayo. Overall, my son really enjoyed it. We are planning to visit here again in the not too distance future. Definitely highly recommended.
