We went here for kids birthday party, it was around 11:40 (birthday was going on until 12) and one of the staff whose name was Lina came in the middle of kids play and shouted STOP playing. She was so rude and aggressive. Kids were so upset from her behaviour and parents was shocked 😳. However, my two star is for playing area which was good.

We had a soft play party recently and it was a really good experience. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish, and the kids had a great time throughout. The staff were friendly, especially Lyana, and so helpful and professional, and kept things organised, which made the whole day easy and stress-free for us. The soft play area was clean, safe, and had plenty for the children to do, so they stayed entertained the whole time. Overall, it was a great time, highly recommended! Thank you 😊

I went to TenPin yesterday with my daughter and I have to say, I was really impressed with the refurbishment. The food zone area looks amazing, the bowling lanes and seating areas feel much more modern, and overall the renovation is very attractive and well done. The place honestly looks fantastic after the upgrade. Unfortunately, the biggest issue is the staff — especially the bar staff. The service was very disappointing. They didn’t seem interested in their jobs and everything felt slow and unorganised. The kitchen was another problem. It took around 20 minutes to get our hot dogs, and I could see food just sitting there ready, but no one seemed to be taking it out to customers. It’s such a shame because the venue itself is great, but the service really lets it down. There are so many hardworking people looking for jobs — I’m sure it would be possible to hire more professional and motivated staff. I know I’m not the only one who feels this way. I would really like to visit again next weekend, but knowing how slow the service was and how long it takes just to get drinks and food makes me think twice.

We celebrated our daughter’s birthday party at Tenpin Feltham because it offers activities for all age groups. We booked the soft play area, which seemed like a good idea at first. I understand Saturdays are usually busy, but the newly refurbished seating area next to the soft play was complete chaos and honestly ruined the party experience. The whole setup is very poorly planned for big birthday parties. The management and staff didn’t seem bothered at all about organising things properly. The staff were extremely rude and looked like they didn’t know what they were doing. There was no one around to clear up the mess, and it was very hard to find anyone when we needed help. The food was just dumped in front of us without any explanation — no one told us which burgers were cheese or beef, which made things really confusing. Overall, the service was very disappointing. Tenpin really needs to improve how they handle birthday parties. Having a party host or a separate area or room would make a huge difference and allow families to celebrate peacefully. Sadly, the management and service were pathetic, and this was one of the worst party experiences we’ve had.

Bowling, arcades, soft play, billiards (pool tables), interactive darts, karaoke, bar tables, etc, all in 1 place. Great place to spend time (and money) with family and friends. Parking is free for 4 hours (7 am - 7 pm). Can be booked online.
