I love coming here to skate I’ve been coming over the years whenever I wanted to get back on the ice and this place never disappoints. The ice is always well maintained, if you’re stuck there’s always someone on the ice ready to help and give you skating advice and help with techniques. For adults I recommend going in the evening as there will be no kids, and the best times to book are weekdays when it’s off peak the tickets are cheaper. It’s £3 extra to rent skates. Sometimes a session can take a while and I’ll need something cold and sweet, so I’d get a slushy or a soft drink which are readily available at the ice rink reception. There is a small arcade people can also play at along with interactive dart games, I love how the lighting isn’t overwhelming and is quite cozy. There is also a bowling alley which is also very fun and affordable. I love the Photo Booth near the reception as well, but by far my favourite thing about Queensway ice skating is the Mac and cheese at the bar. It’s so crispy and light and comes with this really creamy ranch sauce.

The skate rink and bowling were both such fun. I do wish that the bowling lanes had the small screens beside it so we could customise our names before we started. The skating was the best part though! The ambiance and vibes were great as well. And Reem was lovely too, she took the time to help each of us individually get the hang of skating, and was cheering us on when we got the hang of it. We’d definitely come back✨

So, I didn't know what to expect, but I was impressed. It's underground, so it has a cool factor straight away. The guys on reception couldn't have been more helpful. We went for ice skating, I managed to play a round on donkey Kong, yeah they have some retro arcade games there. So we get out skates. And there it is a bloody great ice rink. Full of amateurs and skilled. Every one had a great time. I'd 100% go again

We visited on a Sunday night and it wasn’t too busy. This place is fantastic because it has everything in one location; ice skating, bowling, darts and a restaurant. The ice skating was great, and we had so much fun bowling as well. We also ended up playing a few rounds of pool. It’s definitely a great spot to visit with family and friends. The staff throughout the venue were incredibly helpful and friendly, which made our visit even better. Highly recommend! Thank you.

Went for a work team-bonding evening. We had a group booking, so we received three drink vouchers each, which allowed us to order from a selected menu. The food was really nice, although some dishes were very spicy, so be careful what you choose if you don’t like heat. We played two rounds of bowling — overall a very good experience. I would definitely go back again.
