An appalling experience with All Star Lanes. I booked for a party of twelve in mid-May and was contacted a few days later to say the slot had been double-booked due to an issue with their booking system. They cancelled, issued a refund, and directed me to rebook online, which I did, securing an alternative slot. Three days before the event, on 8th June, I received the exact same message. Double-booked again, party cancelled, refund issued. The same booking system failure, the same outcome, three days' notice. This is not a minor inconvenience. We had guests travelling to London from as far as Bristol who had already purchased train tickets. Three days is not enough time to make alternative plans, let alone recover costs that others have incurred on your behalf. For a venue of this profile to repeat the same failure twice and notify customers at such short notice is disgraceful. I would not recommend All Star Lanes to anyone planning an event where reliability actually matters.

We came here for a one-hour karaoke session for 2 people. It came with two tasty cocktails and some of the yummiest nachos I have had! Great value for money.

We arrived late but the team were incredibly helpful on reception and accommodating our booking regardless. Unfortunately as we went to the lane there was a technical issue that rendered the lane unusable so we had to wait for another land to become available but during the wait they offered 2 rounds of complimentary drinks and sent some food to keep us occupied. After that when we got on a lane it was great. Difficult situation managed incredibly well by a very competent, effective and friendly team so our experience was still a positive one.

Booked in Karoake. The floors were very sticky which is quite annoying, it would have been good if they kept the floor clean. Lots of options for songs and was fun. Wish it was a bit brighter in the room

I love All Star Lanes! I was excited to visit this branch when visiting the area, I would go all the time if I lived nearer. They always have a cool retro vibe and I enjoy the more boutique setting, it makes a change from large loud bowling alleys. Plus you can stop for a bite to eat in their restaurant area or enjoy a cocktail in their swanky bar space. A perfect place for a date actually. On my visit, the staff were friendly and went out of their way to make my day. Excellent service ✨!
