Great rink, that would (imo)be much better if it did some simple things: 1) Keep the rental skates sharper 2) Serve better quality coffee and food; the cafe looks great, tastes awful (there’s a reason why everyone walks to Costa over the road) 3) have better rewards for users affiliated to Ice Hockey clubs. It’s an incredibly expensive sport already… regular ice training outside of formal sessions becomes a big expense.

First time visiting, ice hockey game night, very busy, difficult to park so be prepared. Poor loud speaker couldn't hear or understand the commentary - this should be improved in my opinion. Obviously it's expensive every thing is now days. Ticket, food and drink once inside is pricey. Great atmosphere and a great game.

Great that this place exists all year around, but it has it's flaws! The reception hasn't been welcoming for the last couple of times I went. The skate hires are atrocious, not sharp enough, ripped and rusty! At least they change it if you want a new one. There are not enough benches to sit down next to the skate hire, and walking around without shoes to find somewhere to sit, in that cold, is not the nicest for your feet. None of the vending machines work! Honestly, i tried at least 2 times i have been there and it would not register the card, also had 10 credits on it, which meant some people before me clearly got scammed out of their money. A good thing is they have lockers (even wifi charging ones for your phone?! - not necessary) that you can pay for to use, so of you do go alone, then you have somewhere to put your stuff. All in all, needs improvement, drastically!

Ice skating rink close to Cribbs Causeway. Book per session rather than per hour, so stay as long as you want. Was busy (between Christmas & New Year), so queued for skates etc. Great fun for all the family. Easy to park, plenty of places to eat at the adjacent retail park or there is an on-site cafe, good range of hot drinks, didn't eat, although the food did smell nice! £15 to skate for an adult, £10 for a student, £3 to hire skates. Fun family activity.

Great easy to find location, plenty of parking right outside. Staff were friendly and helpful. However they were to many people on the ice which made it almost dangerous, this wasn't helped by some of the rink being coned off for private lessons, there were many people who were navigating around the rink holding onto the side and then had to skate unaided, leading to loss of balance and falling into others. Had there been less people there wouldn't have been a domino effect There were so many people on the ice that skating around and between them was hard and at times impossible. If someone near you lost balance there was no where to go or to space to be able to navigate away from them. I'm sure it's better when it's not so busy at Christmas.
