If you have children aged 1-4, this isn't the place for you. First, they make you fill out a form if you have two babies in care, as was my case (they get wet or wander off). The lighting is poor, the soft play area is quite high up, and there's an unprotected staircase. I don't recommend it.

Went to freedog today, had fun but I came away rather disappointed. The place hasn’t seen a cleaner since it’s been built. There isn’t a massive amount to do and is very hot inside. For the price there are many other fun things I’d rather do again with my children but unfortunately I wouldn’t return to freedog. Not to mention advertising more time then you receive a bit like the previous review.

Very chilled for a child’s fun activity venue compared to similar activity parks. Not too busy or loud. Think they limit numbers more. Nice staff, good variety of food in the cafe.

Some of the facilties are really good like the trampolines and the soft play is not too bad. I find the atmosphere in there quite off everytime I go. I always brace myself for cold indifferent staff which was the vibe both times especially in the cafe. It just feels like you're bothering them like they'd rather be talking amongst themselves. The cafe staff in particular had both times just a bad attitude, cold. I even ended up getting stuck in the foam pit and was struggling to get out, no staff around to help me thankfully a kind friendly dad helped me out. I just find ultimately the super industrial building with no natural light, very cold temperatures, cold staff, aggressive traffic outside everything plays into a cold slightly unpleasant atmosphere. I'd hesitate to return .

SOFT PLAY REVIEW The soft play is really great, it was very clean and my toddler loved it. The staff are super friendly and the cafe was really cosy with a great selection of food and drink. Soft play-wise I was really impressed with what they have done with such a small space but I was really shocked that there is no stair gate at the top of the metal stairs next to the entrance to the soft play. This is essential for safety and wouldn't cost much to install. I'm not sure I would feel comfortable returning on my own until one is installed. It's a tough and awkward layout they have got there with the cafe seating and observation deck thing but ideally in the future there needs to be more seating around the soft play so that you can easily supervise your kids. I found it hard to find a location where I could sit and feed my baby and supervise my toddler at the same time. Overall though I was really impressed. The cafe is great and the staff are superb.
